We absolutely love Breckenridge!! We don't travel as much and have moved to a different state. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we have.

The resort is very new. You literally walk out the door and get on the lifts to ski in the winter. You can monitor lift lines from your window, and their is a ski school for kids on peak 8. There are many amenities located within the resort and the gondola to get down to main street is quick and easy.

The slope side resort offers much in entertainment: multiple indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, adult only spa area and rooftop bar, private movie theaters, arcade room, bar, 2 restaurants, BBQ grills, family activities, and more. You won't want to leave the resort!

Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is a beautiful property with amazing views. The 3 bedroom Colorado unit has 2200 square feet of pure bliss with amazing views and the ultimate in convenience for ski in/ski out. You will love it!

Grand Colorado is ideal for a wonderful for a summer vacation in Breckenridge. The Resort has what many consider the best swimming pools in town and best amenities overall. Better yet, it is one of the few properties that has air-conditioning. The rooms are spacious with amazing views.

This is the newest resort and modern luxury on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado. Complete spa facilities, movie theaters, indoor/outdoor aquatics, restaurant, lobby bar and ski in ski out facility.

Love this resort! Staff is always friendly and helpful. All the rooms are spacious and well taken care of. Great resort amenities and also easy to get to town.

Summer in Breck is just amazing!

Head into the 4th of July with hiking, paddleboarding, shopping, or just lounging by one of the many pools!

It's a beautiful time of year to be in Breck!

Resort has so many amentities. Plenty of pools/hot tubs, sauna, quiet room, cold plunge. It has a theater room to rent, parking next to the ski slope year round with community room for storing food/eating lunch. Spa access. It allows dogs in certain units as well.

Peak 8 is a wonderful experience! The studio has a seperated bedroom with King bed with access to the bathroom. There is a fold out queen size couch. There is a very useable kitchenette allowing you to make your own meals.The facility has easy access to the slopes and a free shuttle to downtown.

The Grand Colorado resort on Peak 8 in beautiful Breckenridge Colorado is where you want to spend your winter holiday with family or friends! The Ski-in, ski-out accessibility to the slopes means you never have to leave the hotel. Peak 8 offers the Infinity Spa where you can book your massage or other luxury treatments ahead of your visit. There is an adults-only grotto w/cold plunge, sauna and steam room. The Elev8 Rooftop Bar offers an outdoor patio with grills and awesome views of the ski slopes, Baldy Mountain and the Continental Divide. Restaurants include Robbie’s Tavern for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; the Ullr Cafe for sustainably sourced Vail Mountain Coffee w/baked goods and then there is the Lobby Bar where delightful cocktails are served around indoor and outdoor fireplaces with gorgeous mountain views. Additional features for adults and children include two luxurious aquatics areas featuring indoor/outdoor pools with multiple hot tubs, plus a small children’s water park. There is an ice-skating rink located steps from the slopes and near the Ullr café so you can warm up with hot drinks and refreshments by the fire. And last, one of our families’s favorite activities is to sign up for one of the five small adult theaters to watch our favorite movie for the week!

Grand Colorado has truly become our home in the mountains. We count down to our annual family escape with real excitement, adding new memories to a collection that grows sweeter every year. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from multiple lifts, surrounded by a lively alpine atmosphere, and supported by an impressive array of guest amenities.

Our daily slope-side hot-tub ritual is the perfect reward after hours on the snow, and the units themselves give us the flexibility to make each evening its own adventure. Some nights we cook in the beautifully equipped kitchen; other nights we wander into the village to choose from countless great dining options. We’ve even enjoyed open-air, drifting-snow BBQs at the resort’s convenient grill stations, an unexpected highlight that has become one of our favorite traditions.

Grand Colorado isn’t just a place to stay; it’s where our family’s mountain memories are made.

We have been owners of Grand Colorado since it opened and it is indeed amazing! Spacious units, Ski-In Ski-Out on one of Colorado's great resorts, and unmatched amenities! We travel all over the world but one of our favorite annual trips is to the Grand Colorado in Breckenridge!

February in Breckenridge is Amazing! Fresh snow, beautiful Colorado mountains, and YOU!

This is a dream come true, an opportunity to bond with all family while having good fun in the snow! Once you come to GrandColorado at Peak 8, you can't go skiing ( or snowboarding) any other way! My favorite activity is to go from the steam bath, to the sauna, to the cold plunge and then to the hot tub and back to the cold plunge! It is energizing! Breckenridge is a beautiful small historic town full of all kinds of restaurants and activities. Highly recommended !!!

Wonderful time share at base of Peak 8 steps away from the Super Lifts and also the gondola to town. Indoor/outdoor swimming and hot tubs, Adult grotto with saunas, private theatre, ski lockers, lobby bar, roof top bar, exercise room, spa, Escape Room, convenience store, restaurant, cafe, ice skating. You never have to leave unless you want to. Full kitchen and partial kitchen in the 2 bedroom, electric fireplace, washer/dryer.

Fabulous for family or friends. Amazing pools and hot tubs, community spaces. Spa is spectacular with Grotto and all of the pre/post ski and hike amenities. The staff is top-notch. True ski in/out and near many trail heads. Free Scheduled shuttle service into town and pick up/return, easily scheduled via app.

We've had great experiences at Peak 8 and they have wonderful amenities. If you live close, you can enjoy the resort for day trips without needing a room. Free parking for the day is available by making a reservation up to a week in advance. It is included if you are staying at the resort. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
