Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is my favorite property in Breckinridge. The amenities are endless and the property is so beautiful. In my opinion it's the best place for families because of the location and the ease of getting around.

This newly constructed resort is steps away from the base of Peak 8 and the Gondola at Breckenridge. It has first class amenities for all ages. (i.e., spa, movie theater, hot tubs, bar, etc.)

We've stayed there 3 times and have enjoyed it every time. The resort is top notch. We love having laundry in unit a space to spread out. The restaurants and coffee shop on site are great. You can even get food delivered to the resort. We love utilizing the private movie theaters. It's close to town with a shuttle available.

Love the location and all the amenities. Parking in onsite as well as ski lockers!

This is a lovely mountain lodge with a modern look/feel and fantastic amenities. The outdoor pools and hot tubs are amazing. Using the private theaters is a treat as well.

I've stayed here for the last 7 years and am always blown away by the cleanliness, location, and lack of skiers and riders for that week. 5 mountains within 45 minutes by why would you with this ski in ski out dream? The town of Breckenridge has great restaurants, watering holes, and shopping. The city is accessed by Shuttle or the breathtaking gondola that goes from the condo to the center of the town. Heated parking, sauna, steam rooms, whirlpools, concierge, and more make this the place to rent if you want to splurge yourself. Plus, when I rented from Rand, he granted my family access to a website associated with his timeshare so my family could travel worldwide for crazy low prices.

Location, Location, Location...

It doesn't get better than this. You have endless opportunities with the 4 lifts avaiable at the doorstep, and if your heading to the bowl for first tracks, there is no faster way to get there than jumping on the Rocky Mountain Superchair, and in a few minutes you can be at the T-Bar.

The resort is modern, beautifully furnished and super well equipped. It offers one of the most popular Taverns on the mountain, a full size Spa, the only icerink, and an abundance of hottubs lining the slopes and awesome views to the mountains and slopes.

World class ski in / ski out complex on the mountain at the base of peak 8 adjacent to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain chairlifts. The resort's amenities including multiple indoor/outdoor swimming pools and jacuzzi, bars and restaurants, outdoor ice skating rink, gym, spa, theatre, heated garage and outdoor plaza, and an on-site gondola to the highly walkable historical town of Breckenridge.

This was our first visit to Peak 8. We were enamored with all of the amenities and lush atmosphere. The outside hot tubs, free drink tokens upon check-in, the lobby bar and hang out area was very welcoming and nice place to hang and talk to other guests. The rooftop patio and bar was a special treat. We loved the grotto! Great idea for peace and relaxation!

This is an awesome place for families! The whole place is luxurious, super clean and the staff is extremely helpful. We love all the activities that are available at the GC8 (pools, hot tubs, theater room, kids crafts, grills). Heated parking and heated lockers absolutely ski in ski out right off of the elevators and steps outside to the peak 8 lift.

This is our home away from home! Grotto, adult and kid hot tubs, pool, outdoor grills, spa, escape room, theater room, game room, shuffle board, skating rink in winter, roof top bar, main lobby bar, onsite restaurant, 10 min from downtown Breckenridge, shuttle service

Fantastic facility, location, and convenience-ski-in, ski-out, store skis and head to Apres Ski next door.

Grand Colorado on Peak 8 is a beautiful modern resort with views everywhere - all year. Soak in the hot tubs in several pool areas, or enjoy the Grotto and Spa after a great workout in the gym. Then hike, bike and fish in the area. Walk to town and enjoy a great dinner and catch the shuttle back. Its a full service resort!

One of the best resorts in Colorado. Great for kids and adults. Pool, waterslide, movie theatre room, lots of different games and activities. Great on the mountain location with the gondola right outside to get you into town.

I love our family stays at Grand Colorado on Peak 8 - it's new, modern, and clean. My kids love their time there too, especially the private movie rooms and the pool area. They even have an escape room now (for an additional cost). The adults only Grotto is a great way to run away from the kids, and the fitness center is just the right size. Plus, the mountain is RIGHT there. We have easy access to the gondola (right out side), and if you don't want to take the gondola to town, just request a ride (using the app) on the resort shuttle. It's a great getaway!

GC on Peak 8 is an amazing place to enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer. No need to drive into town, just take the gondola down to town and use the free shuttle to return if after gondola has closed. Several lifts are right outside the building. Ski lockers for gear is another huge plus. Tons to do after skiing: relax in the hot tubs, grab a drink at Robby's, enjoy a treatment in the spa.

Ski in/Ski out resort with a boutique feel. Staff is friendly and accommodations are fantastic. Enjoy the slope side pools and hot tubs after a great day of skiing. Underground parking available onsite.
