Tahiti Resort Reviews & Ratings

Date of visit: 9/4/2022 Tahiti is a very comfortable, non-smoking, all-suite, family resort. I have owned and enjoyed this timeshare since 2003 (pre-construction), and exchanged it several times. I especially love the location – 2.5 mi. off the Strip, yet close to the airport, restaurants, and a short drive to things I enjoy. Since it’s off the Strip, it has good, affordable renting potential. All suites are 2BR lock-off in the ‘red zone, so they have excellent exchange potential through RCI and Interval. All units were recently updated, so they are still in excellent condition and very nicely furnished, as is the overall resort. WiFi was also recently updated for faster speeds. The gas fire place and the private/covered balcony are nice extras (on the 1BR side). The front-desk and concierge staff are very friendly and super-responsive! The free breakfast service and lounge remain closed for now due to the pandemic/tri-demic. The inner-court (pools, hot tub, cabanas, lounge equipment, grills) are well maintained. I didn't visit the fitness center. I have stayed in both sides of the suite (1BR and studio), and have encouraged management to install a comfortable, soft chair in the studio units. I have stayed in both inner and outer-court units, and prefer the latter for quiet. Management strictly reinforces quiet hours when informed of infractions. However, it is a bit lax on the no-smoking policy, only giving a ‘first-time, no-fee warning’. I typically visit in early September when it's still quite hot in Vegas, so I really appreciate the extensive amount of free covered parking! It's been a long time since I used the free shuttle bus to a couple of resorts on the Strip and a local grocery, but it’s a nice extra, just in case...

The resort is across the street from the expansive Charlie Frias Park (https://www.slalandarchitects.com/charlie-frias-park), with several long walking/jogging tracks, an expansive green sports field on the Tropicana Avenue side; and a wide variety of other facilities and courts on the Decatur Street side. NB: Ask the Front Desk for the latest security brief before visiting the park.

The resort is about 2 miles from the Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium where the 2023 Super Bowl was held.

Close to the strip with a convenient shuttle service. The pools and lazy river are to die for. Rated #1 best family resort for four years running.

.smaller resort next to a sports park. Only 3 miles to the strip with complimentary transportation. Staff is exceptional. Orleans casino is within walking distance.

CLEAN!!! Loved being in Las Vegas, but also feeling like I was on the beach somewhere else. The unit was decorated so nice. I loved having the washer and dryer in the room and the plasma TV!

Went with our family (5) and another (4). Great one week stay, ample room and good size unit. Kids too playstaion which kept them busy in the late nite hours. During day we took shuttle to Strip and enjoyed and evening we took shuttle to see Magician Show at Monte Carlo and get a late nite snack. Shuttle to Albertsons every morning is great; we cook at the pool side the majority of the nites and eat in the unit; A home away from home. Staff is very friendly and willing to help or advise. Minor problems encountered were taken care of quickly.

Friendly staff, good concierge service. Units are nice size. Furnishings new and comfortable They had daily continental breakfast, coffee , juice, rolls and muffins. They had a barbeque (burgers and hot dogs) by the pool area one noon. An hourly shuttle runs to the strip (about 2 miles) during day and until 11:30. Would definitely stay again. Looking forward to possible ownership.

We have stayed here twice now. Opening problems have been solved to our content. The sand beach pools are wonderful as is the ambiance. First floor patios that offer some privacy from other guests is a plus. A wonderful place to stay and relax away from the crowds of the strip, shuttle service to and from several strip locations is offered for conviences of guests. We took my sister and her husband with us the first time and they loved it so much they bought there too.

The resort just opened and is in a shakedown cruise mode. Problems with units are several and as found by occupants are corrected quickly. We found bathroom fans not connected, no tableware in lockoff unit, and door on refrigerator opened to wrong side of kitchen. Friendly staff, good concierge service. Very happy with the resort. Location is close to the strip but relaxing with a nice resort pool area. Transportation schedule is available to guests.

My stats have been pleasing. Love the flouting pool. Always very clean.

Great for families, the units are large and have a full kitchen. The pool has a sandy beach and the lazy river is nice. Outside Barbecues are a plus. Free shuttle to the Strip every hour. It's on Las Vegas Boulevard South, so it's an easy Uber to Strip. Nice views as well

Relax at the-full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. If you-re looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find an outdoor pool, a lazy river, and spa tub. Pets are allowed it is 2.7 miles from Allegiant Stadium and on the Strip close to the airport.Restaurants,Bars,Lounge & Dining options. Free parking. Also, gym arcade and wedding and banquet hall lots more. Great for a family with kids and RV parking and wheelchair accessible path of travel.

Great place to stay in Las Vegas. I don’t do the strip but it is close by if you like to go. They also have a shuttle that runs daily to Excalibur and treasure island. The rooms are nice and the pool and lazy river are awesome. 10/10 place to take the family. The on-site restaurant’s are decent and there’s plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. If you go for the timeshare the presentation is actually informative and entertaining even if you decide not to purchase they are very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back. The SkyView room is also really cool great views of the city.

We have been owners here for 10+ years, we love the resort and everything it has to offer. We have always had a great experience, we have used this resort as a weekend getaway as a couple, and for family vacations. This resort really has it all!

Tahiti Village Las Vegas is your ultimate stay for a LV Raiders getaway! TVLV is an all-suite timeshare resort near the airport with views of Allegiant Stadium. A short Uber ride lands you at The Park at T-Mobile Arena for pre- or post-game tailgating. Once you’re back at the condo, you will enjoy the best pool in Las Vegas, an adults-only hot tub area, Mahana Spa, and a fantastic BBQ area. If you have kids, the sandy beach and huge lazy river provide hours of fun while you sit back and relax. Nearby is South Point Casino which has a full-service XD luxury movie theater and incredible restaurants, not to mention $10 blackjack tables – you won’t find that on The Strip! The Las Vegas South Premium outlets are within walking distance and Town Square Las Vegas, an open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment destination is across I-15. Don’t forget to stock up…Smith’s and Total Wine are right around the corner! Literally everything you need to relax and enjoy your NFL Vegas experience!

Stay was ok. Need daily housekeeping and more of a meal for the continental breakfast. Would like to see more shuttles running by the hour daily within such a busy town and laundry facilities in each bldg.

stayed there in the summer. Units were decent size with lock-off for 2BR. Spa tub in master bath. Closet space limited. Had to use entry closet for boys clothes who were using sofa sleeper. Grandmother in lock off loved her space! W/D in unit helped. Limited parking and resort amenities.

2 pools but very cold, even for summer. I asked several times if they couldn't heat them, could they adjust the cold. We could barely stand it. Hot tub was nice. Resort is near grocery store and only a 10 ? minutes from the strip. All the major hotels on the strip have free parking so you don't have to use the shuttle. Don't take LV blvd though, use the 1-15 (west of the strip) interstate or Korval St (east of the strip). Both run parellel to the strip.

The resort did have a lunch BBQ one day that was really good! I hear there is another Tahiti going in on the stip itself at the south end. It is supposed to be much larger with more amenities.
