Owner´s notes: This is a Super Presidential suite (room 1972) - sleeps 8 - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The difference between this and a presidential suite is the extra large, 900 sq. ft balcony with full size jacuzzi. Super Presidential units are rare and hard to find. Kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. One king in the master with full ensuite (soaker tub and separate shower, double sinks). Two queens in the other bedroom, plus full ensuite. There is a comfortable queen sofa in the living room. The 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit for maximum privacy. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to the massive balcony. The unit is 1600 sq. ft, plus a 900 sq. ft balcony with a private hot tub that accommodates 8. There is a 180 degree view of the ocean from this unit with no obstructions. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular! The unit is rented from Monday to Monday.

The suite includes daily maid service. Guests are provided with full access and room charging privileges at 3 Pueblo Bonito Resorts in Cabo. The resort provides free shuttle service between their resorts every hour. Two of the resorts are located on Medano Beach. Free 24/7 golf carts will chauffeur you door-to-door anywhere in the resort.

The resort is a breathtaking, beautiful 5 star beachfront resort with year-round sunshine. It is very close to all of the nightlife and fun in Cabo, but within its own private, double-gated paradise. No annoying beach vendors. Enjoy the spectacular new Quivira Golf Course - designed by Jack Nicklaus himself - opened in 2014 and available only to guests staying at Pueblo Bonito resorts. The resort offers a full service spa and gym facility.

You'll have access to miles of private beaches at Sunset Beach. There are 2 mini-markets, a pharmacy and deli onsite to stock your kitchen with food and beverages. There are numerous amenities to choose from at the resort from cigar lounges to sports bar lounges to 5 star seafood and steak restaurants. In 2018 the new "Cibola Sports Bar" opened, where you can enjoy big screen sporting events and plenty of American pub food options. In 2016, the "Quivera Market" opened on site with a variety of kiosk-style meal options...Asian, Italian, crepes, ice cream bar, chocolate bar, wine bar, sandwich bar, salad bar, coffee bar and a 50's restaurant. Between the Pueblo Bonito Resorts in Cabo, you would have access to approximately 25 different restaurant options.

Amenities within a 10-15 minute car/shuttle/taxi ride include a Costco and Walmart.

There are 6 massive swimming pools spread around the resort with swim-up bars and restaurants at each pool. The soft, clean sand at Sunset Beach is ideal for long walks along the beach or a game of beach volleyball. Sunset Beach is only a 10 minute free shuttle ride to the calmer swimming waters and watersports at Medano Beach, the adjacent marina and the Mexican markets. There are plenty of options for dining out in Cabo.

Cabo's weather is dry and warm all year, with sun almost every day!

Nearby activities include whale-watching tours, ATV rentals, golfing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, dolphin swims, snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, swimming, tennis, shopping, dining, flea markets, and much more. Day trips to any of these activities can be booked through the concierge. I highly recommend a tour of El Arco (usually about $15/person) and a whale watching tour if the whales are still migrating at that time of the year.

Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel – needs to be booked in advance at a fee each way (it is free with some of the all-inclusive options). There are 3 different all-inclusive options, all offering different things. If you are interested in hiring a private car instead of using the hotel shuttle (better option and less money – I think we pay $85 each way – faster, direct service as well), I can provide you with contact information for a good company we use.
