Holly Tree Resort

This Resort is centrally located on the cape. The hotel has 2 pools ,one inside and one outside. The room is very spacious. King bed and bathroom in one room and in the living room there is a queen sleep sofa ,mini kitchen and bathroom in the adjoining room . The rooms have always been exceptionally clean in the times I have stayed there.

We've owned a Holly Tree Resort Timeshare for 5 years and love it! The entire complex was renovated then, with new furnishings, updated kitchenette and bathrooms. Ours is the best unit available, The Deluxe King Suite...with a view facing the back lawn & pine trees, making for a sunny and quiet unit. The bed is very comfortable, and the furnishings ample. The kitchenette is well-stocked, and dining area perfect for 4 persons. This resort is perfect for families with children or grand kids of any age. The pools are well-maintained, as well as all the outdoor facilities, which include a basketball court, and picnic area with large tables and charcoal grills. We've never used the racquetball court, or game room but they too are well-equipped. Service staff are very accommodating and cleaning service adequate. If more linens are needed, just ask. The location is perfect if wanting to visit Hyannis, 3 miles away, or any type of restaurant, miniature golf, and other activities.

we have an odd year timeshare at the holly tree and have used it twice so far and exchanged it once to Aruba. it is a studio and it was recently updated. the bathroom is nothing fancy, but super clean!! in fact, the hotel overall is very clean and the staff is very friendly. they have an indoor and outdoor pool - both are great. the resort has made improvements within budget for the owners - and it is appreciated - after all you are not vacationing on the cape for the hotel room. i do hope the beds are updated next, however :) the mid-cape location is great, and you are right on route 28 to get anywhere quick ... though not on the beach which would be nice, but also very pricey!! however, there are many beaches just a short drive away and some really great restaurants are closeby as well (Cpt. Parkers - YUM!). it is a much nicer option than many of the other hotels in the area!

Stayed in a studio last year. The convenience of being on Rte 28 was nice because we were using it as a base for day trips.You need to drive to go anywhere. You The resort was clean and the staff very friendly. It served its purpose. If your looking for high end this is not the place but for an inexpensive clean place to stay in the summer, go for it.

This Resort is continuously making improvements throughout the complex. In the past two years I've seen them remodel the indoor pool area, add internet, add a wide screen television in the Lobby-Just to mention a few.

It is located on Rt28 within walking distance to some great restaurants. The closest beach is about 1 mile away. There is a great mexican restaurant right next door with a Bar, so you don't have to worry about driving. Very friendly and Helpful Staff.

We recently stayed at Holly Tree and loved it! When we go to the Cape, we don't obsess about the facility, as it is just a place to sleep. There is so much to do outside! The resort is centrally located for the entire Cape, is near shopping, beaches, restaurants, ferry boats, airport and many attractions. It is very clean, well furnished with all of the essentials, has a great indoor and outdoor pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi and a very accommodating staff. Really, what more do you need?

We stayed in a studio and it was dreadful. I asked when I booked the trade how big it was and I was told it easily slept four people. when you had the sofa sleeper and murphy bed open, you couldn't get to the bathroom. Old converted motel, lobby was clean, staff was nice, but it was a dump and we'll never stay there again.
