Enjoy Santa Fe Year After Year at Las Brisas de Santa Fe – High Week Ownership

After more than 30 wonderful years as owners at Las Brisas de Santa Fe, we are offering our one-bedroom High Week ownership to a new owner who can continue enjoying all that this special resort and remarkable city have to offer.

We are only selling because we recently fulfilled a longtime dream and moved to Santa Fe permanently. Otherwise, we would gladly continue returning year after year.

One of the greatest benefits of this ownership is its High Week status, which allows reservations during virtually any season of the year, subject to reservation procedures. Over the years, we have used our week for some of Santa Fe's most celebrated events, including Spanish Market, Indian Market, the Wine & Chile Fiesta, International Folk Art Market, Opera season, ski season, and even Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque an hour away.

Las Brisas offers spacious accommodations in a beautiful, peaceful setting just minutes from Santa Fe's historic Plaza, world-class dining, galleries, museums, hiking, skiing, and countless cultural events. The resort has been an ideal home base for exploring one of America's most distinctive and beloved destinations.

Santa Fe continues to be recognized as one of the country's premier travel destinations, attracting visitors throughout the year for its unique blend of art, history, culture, cuisine, outdoor recreation, and stunning mountain-desert scenery.

If you've ever considered owning a vacation retreat in Santa Fe, this is an opportunity to acquire a flexible High Week ownership at a resort that has provided our family with decades of wonderful memories. We hope it brings you as much enjoyment as it has brought us.

Here, you'll find narrow streets lined with distinctive buildings of Spanish influence, offering shops, boutiques, restaurants, and night spots. From late November through early April, skiing is available 16 miles from the resort at Santa Fe Ski Basin, which has a vertical drop of 1,650 feet. Be sure to take some time to explore the city. Visited here June 2007. It is a condo complex, not a resort. No pool, no internet service, no scheduled activities. Howver, if you want a peaceful place to stay and enjoy the Santa Fe area, this is a very nice place to stay. Our one bedroom condo was well equiped, and nicely decorated in the Southwestern style consistent with the Pueblo construction. There was a patio area outside our condo with a table and four chairs so you could eat outside if you wished. We has a wonderful vacation here. Stan.

As a new owner of Las Brisas, we were very pleased to find the one bedroom unit in exceptional condition with new furniture, carpet and appliances. Tile living room and kitchen floors and Southwest furnishings and decor make this adobe the perfect place to stay. We stayed the week after Christmas in 2005 through Jan. 2nd. There is a kiva fireplace with unlimited firewood and a JenAir grill in the kitchen. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the resort is very convenient to the Plaza which is only a 10 minute walk. We own other timeshares in Stowe, Sedona and Vail and have experience with others and this has to be one of the best.

I stayed here during the autumn of 1999. I loved the two bedroom unit. There were not any resort activities. The managers at the time informed me that each unit was individually furnished so I do not have a basis for comparison for other units.
