Surrounded by cactus gardens, sandstone spires and a rich pioneer history, WorldMark Estancia is a tranquil desert sanctuary that rests what feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Available amenities include a beautiful outdoor pool and relaxing hot tub, as well as pickleball courts and basketball courts if you're looking for more active recreation.
WorldMark Estancia offers spacious three-bedroom and four-bedroom suites, capable of sleeping six to eight guests respectively. The three-bedroom suites include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third. Four-bedroom suites include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second and third rooms and two twin beds in the fourth. Regardless of the size, all suites come equipped with a full kitchen and dining area, living area and a deck with a barbecue grill.
From dinosaurs to the Anasazi, many creatures and cultures have left their mark on the region - but it is nature's slow erosion of sandstone that has created the most remarkable imprint. Those seeking the most gorgeous sights of the region are invited to hike the canyon trails of Zion National Park. Take a trip to Johnson's Park archaeological site and walk in a dinosaur's footsteps or dig into Anasazi history. Head on over to the downtown area to take in the town's unique culture with plenty of options for shopping and dining. For the avid golfer, St. George has ten breathtaking golf courses all a mere thirty minutes from the resort.

  I recently stayed at the WorldMark Estancia St. George Resort, and the experience was exceptional. The 3-bedroom penthouse is spacious, modern, and perfect for a family getaway or group stay. Each bedroom offers plenty of privacy, and the living areas are ideal for gathering, with enough room for everyone to relax comfortably.
  The kitchen is well-equipped making it easy to prepare meals, which is a huge plus for extended stays. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in the beauty of southern Utah.
  The resort itself has plenty of amenities, including pools and hot tubs, which were well-maintained. The location is also excellent, close to several outdoor attractions, including hiking trails, state parks, and golf courses. The nearby shopping and dining options are convenient as well.
  What stood out most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the penthouse. The staff was helpful and responsive to any requests we had during our stay.

  Very beautiful and relaxing Resort. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The resort was clean and very comfortable. It is located in a beautiful area of Southern Utah, close to many fantastic parks so if you love to explore, this is the place to be. St. George is located deep in the heart of Utah’s Dixie country, a region of monumental wonders brushed with subtle, sun-drenched colors. The unit is very well appointed, including the beds sleep comfort. Loved the pool and hot tubs and recommend this resort highly.

  We stayed in St. George in Sept 2020. Great staff and everyone was following Covid-19 guidelines. Room was nice, clean, and quiet. They have the bracelets here instead of the traditional door keys and we loved them. Its about an hour from Zion but the drive is easy and some beautiful scenery along the way. We also did Bryce Canyon and the north rim of the Grand Canyon during our stay. If you feel like staying closer to 'home' there are some nice parks in St George as well. I recommend Pioneer Park (about 15 min away) that has walking trails, red rocks to climb on and a mini slot canyon. Right next to that there is the Red Hills Desert Garden that has a nice walking path with thousands of varieties of plants & flowers and even some dinosaur tracks. Both of these parks are free and are a good way to spend a few hours when you just don't have the energy for anything strenuous.
