Have been on this property with my family 3 times and love it more each time. Nanea is the newest of the Westin properties in Maui. Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms on the Kannapali beach. Great location, great staff and a wonderful place to stay. The pools are great and there are lot of seating. Walking distance to snorkeling, restaurants and stores. The resort runs a free shuttle to Whaler's Village, The Wharf/ Front Street and other locations (restaurants and shopping). Weather in December was prefect!

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful resort and beach, and the shuttle service gets you everywhere you want to go.

Nanea is a beautiful new Westin resort located in west Maui. The property is much nicer than other Westin resort properties due to its new design layout and architecture. The 3 bedroom units are particularly outstanding and they are very hard to reserve. The outdoor cabanas near the pool are really nice and we always reserve them for the day of arrival so we have a comfortable place to wait for check-in (the grandkids love jumping right into the pool upon arrival).

The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas is an outstanding resort that I would recommend to any family looking for a relaxing Maui getaway. The location is phenomenal: you are right on the beautiful Kaʻanapali coast, close to the beach, local shops, and easy drives to Lahaina and other must‑see spots on the island. Being able to step out of the villa and almost immediately be in the middle of everything you came to Maui for is a huge plus.

The pool area is a major highlight and quickly became a favorite part of our stay. It is large, well‑maintained, and offers plenty of space for kids to play while adults relax, so it never felt overcrowded. There are lots of loungers and shaded areas, which makes it easy to spend long stretches of the day outside without feeling cramped or uncomfortable.

This resort is truly great for families. The 2‑bedroom villa setup gives everyone room to spread out, with like‑home amenities that make traveling with kids much easier than a standard hotel room. On‑site dining, nearby activities, and the overall calm, safe atmosphere mean you can stay on property most of the time and still feel like you are getting a full Maui experience.

Overall, The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas delivers exactly what you want on a family vacation: an amazing pool, a prime location, and a family‑friendly environment that feels both upscale and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a Maui trip with kids.

The most beautiful resort in Maui

Great location and newest Westin property in Kaanapali. Spacious accommodations including full kitchen and balcony with dining table and seating for six. Wonderful resort with beautiful pools, including poolside service. Property includes a children's pool area and water slide. Enjoyable oceanfront walking path to Whalers Village. We love it here and visit several times each year.

The newest part of the 3 property collection of Westin Time Share Resorts grouped together in beautiful Maui Hawaii! Many local dining and activity selections available as well as awesome snorkeling and beach all right there! There is also a free shuttle bus operating normally on the hour from morning to around 10PM to go to off property locations. A wonderful place with several pools, hot tubs, work out facility or just to sit and take in breathtaking sunsets. Absolutely cannot go wrong!

We have stayed here for years and really enjoy the resort but mostly the location. Great restaurants nearby, hiking, boating, diving and surfing.

Of all the places we have stayed in Maui, the Westin Nanea is by far our favorite! It’s new, clean, and well cared for by friendly staff. The rooms are huge and have everything you need. The restaurant options are great. I love being able to walk right out to the beach from the resort. There are two pools, one is perfect for kids with a sandy beach, and there is an adult pool as well. You will be close to many restaurants and downtown Lahaina for more food options and great shopping.

The new Westin Nanea is definitely one of the best timeshare resorts to rent or own of all the Westin properties available.

They put a lot of work in the build-out of the units with good quality furnishing and appliances and the best part the rooms besides the amazing views...the beds are soooo comfortable.

Your only steps away from the best sunset on the island, 5 minute walk to Duke's, and 5 minute drive to all the shopping you'll need. 7 minute drive to Lahaina downtown area.

I have been to Maui several times and this is my favorite place to stay. The location is great. Lots of things to do near by. The ocean at the hotel is awesome for swimming, tanning, snorkeling, and sunsets. The pool and bar are also great.

I've been staying at Nanea since it was developed and the property continues to exceed expectations with it's services and aesthetics. They really take pride in this jewel of the Westin properties. This is the most highly sought property in the entire network and the one bedroom units are extremely rare. Can't wait to go back!

Everything about Westin's Ocean Resorts in Maui is wonderful! They are right on the beach and have beautiful pools. The snorkeling in front of the property is great! And all the condos are have well equipped kitchens, comfortable king-size beds, and spacious bathrooms.

Beautiful beach and clean ocean for snorkelling. Pool and grounds are an excellent place to create family memories.

Westin Nanea is great for families with kids. It is a perfect location and facility for family style home with the units being set around a central family area in the units.

We absolutely love vacationing at The Westin Nanea and have stayed here several times with our family. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly relaxing. The villas are incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families, with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Our oceanfront views have always been spectacular — there’s nothing like enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunset from the lanai. The beach right off the property is absolutely stunning, and the snorkeling is amazing. We’ve seen sea turtles and so much marine life just steps from the resort.

Nanea offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and a laid-back Maui atmosphere. It’s one of our favorite places to vacation, and we always look forward to coming back.
