This is a wonderful, family friendly, resort. We have enjoyed coming here for 30 years. It is constantly being updated and renovated as recently as the fall of 2025.

Marriott’s Monarch at Sea Pines is a beautifully landscaped, relatively small and quiet resort located right on the ocean. The beach is wide and beautiful. It is in Sea Pines plantation which boasts golf courses, tennis, walking and biking paths shaded by magnificent live oaks, and Harbour Town with its lighthouse, marina, restaurants and shops.

We've owned at this resort for 20 years now and come every year. Sea Pines is beautiful and controlled access so never feels crowded, which can't be said for much of Hilton Head. Beautiful beach with easy access.

Sea Pines offers all the amenities of a 5 star Marriott resort. Our unit is level 2 with a direct view of the ocean. Sea Pines offers golfing, tennis, bike riding and fabulous restaurants. Fall asleep every night to the sound of ocean waves! We've been using this unit for years and have never been disappointed to be on Hilton Head in October!

The Monarch at Sea Pines is located on a spectacular sandy beach directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is charming and comfortable. The staff is exceptional. In addition to the on-site amenities you are located in the Sea Pines world-class resort and have access to the Trolly to Harbour Town and South Beach. The Coast restaurant is at the Sea Pines Beach Club which is adjacent to the Monarch. Everything at your fingertips. Come and enjoy.

If you're looking for the perfect fall escape, I highly recommend spending a week at the Monarch at Sea Pines in Hilton Head. I stayed here in November and it was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and just steps from the beach. The weather was crisp but mild — ideal for morning walks, bike rides through Sea Pines, and cozy evenings on the patio.

The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need to relax and recharge. With fewer crowds in November, it feels like your own private retreat. Whether you're planning a quiet getaway or a family stay, this is a perfect spot to unwind.

All is great as usual. I've owned this Villa for over 40 years and have never received a complaint from any of my renters.

Ocean access from Monarch! Also it is in Sea Pines so you will have access to the Sea Pines area and the iconic Lighthouse Harbor all 5 days without a fee.

Wonderful location, family oriented, resort is on the beach with pool and jacuzzi. Room is spacious TV’s in each room.

Monarch at Sea Pines is a vacation site me and my family have visited since it opened. Great pools and beach and fun activities for the kids. I can't make it this year so my loss is your gain!

This Marriott resort is at Sea Pines Plantation and the most scenic resort on Hilton Head Island

The Monarch is one of Marriott's beachfront resorts and they keep it very nice. Units are well equipped and the staff at the property are very helpful and friendly. It is inside the Sea Pines Resort so there are a lot of things to do and places to eat. Bike riding is one of our favorite things to do as there are bike paths all through Sea Pines. Very safe to ride there and it is mostly flat. This unit is the only 3 bedroom unit at Monarch, is on the beach and is the only unit in the complex with it's own private hot tub. Great view.

Very convenient location if you want to attend the Heritage Golf Tournament! Right there in Sea PInes. Also, directly across the street from the Plantation Club and next to the wonderful Sea Pines Beach Club.
