Extremely child friendly. Direct access to beach. Restaurant and Grill literally next door. Golf w restaurant across the street. This unit is one of only five with two balconies, one facing beach. These five units are slightly larger than the other 100 villas.

Beautiful setting with 2 bedrooms, very comfortable and clean. !st floor unit leads into the garden, the pool and the beach easily. Next door to the Sea Pines Beach club restaurant and bar so easy walk to a fun place to visit. We rent bikes and go throughout the island and it is so much fun.

This is our favorite family resort! We bought the best Location with this first floor ranch that opens up to a private patio with use of two Pools, hot tub, barbecue area and walkway to the ocean. We love having no steps and no elevators! We love waking up and opening the door right to the pool. Also we enjoy the multimillion dollar beach club right next-door with the five star coast restaurant and beach bar plus the singers nightly. You will fall in love

We have owned 2 timeshare weeks at Marriott Monarch since Marriott took over Monarch. That is probably at least since 1985. We love the fact that Monarch is oceanfront in Sea Pines Plantation. It is a family oriented resort and centrally located.

Just got back from a phenomenal stay at Marriott's Monarch at Hilton Head, and I couldn't wait to rave about it! This place exceeded expectations on every level.

Location, Location, Location! Marriott's Monarch boasts prime real estate right next to the beach. The sparkling sand and gentle waves were literally steps from our door. Breathtaking sunrises and lazy beach days were pure bliss.

Spacious Comfort for the Whole Crew: Our villa was a dream come true! We opted for a two-bedroom unit, and it felt like a home away from home. Plenty of space for everyone to relax, a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up delicious meals, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views for morning coffee or evening cocktails. It was pure luxury!

Beyond the Beach: While the beach was the star of the show, the resort itself offered fantastic amenities. We spent hours splashing around in the sparkling pool, and the kids loved the on-site activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging everything from bike rentals to dinner reservations.

A Hilton Head Haven: This resort truly captured the essence of a relaxing Hilton Head vacation. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with loved ones. Hilton Head is beautiful, in gated Sea Pines, ocean view right on beach, 2 Bdr, 2 Bath, sleeps 6, full kitchen, great biking, golf within walking distance. Fall is best time, not crowded, superb dining options nearby.

Location, location, location! Beach front, next to Sea Pines Beach Club, with in season trolley service throughout the resort. Late May has phenomenally great weather, too. My favorite hone away from home!

We bought the Monarch in 1986 and have NEVER been sorry. Our children and their children have made many treasured memories. I will never regret buying there!

Top resort in the coveted Sea Pines Plantation of Hilton Head Island. Bike ride to South Beach to visit the legendary Salty Dog or bike ride to Harbor Town and admire views of the famous Lighthouse.

The "standard" review of Monarch added to all listings says there are three open air hot tubs. This is incorrect. 3 years ago the resort demolished those and built one giant spa like hot tub. Please see my photo in my listing.

Fabulous location right on the beach next door to Sea Pines Beach Club. Wonderful to be able to just walk next door for dinner or drinks. Bicycle rental kiosk on site.

We love Monarch! It's the perfect location inside SeaPines and next door to the Beach Club. The beach is glorious, perfect for lounging, swimming, bicycling, etc.

Monarch is an incredible place to visit and is perfectly situated on the best stretch of beach on Hilton Head Island. The resort has all the amenities you could ask for and enables you and your guests to simply enjoy your vacation, whether its active with easy accessibility to tennis, golf, biking and water sports or you want to read your book from the comfort of a beach chair, under an umbrella.

One of the best locations on the island. Located one the beach inside Sea Pines Plantation with Sea Pines Beach Club and restaurant next door. Sea Pine's trolley stop is also next door. Golf is across the street. Take trolley or easy bike ride to Harbortown.
