Grand Ocean is a beautiful ocean front property on Hilton Head with large 2 bedroom units and multiple pools. Located just outside of the gated Sea Pines, but with entrance privileges into the plantation you’ll have access to miles of bike paths, golf courses, restaurants, and shops. Various activities are offered throughout the week on the resort grounds. An on-site restaurant, bar, mini mart, and bike rentals are offered for your convenience.

There is no better place to spend our family vacation than at Marriott's Grande Ocean! We have been staying at this resort annually for over 18 years and just love everything it has to offer from easy beach access and on-property bike rentals to beautiful amenities and close proximity to shopping and Sea Pines!

Have been vacationing at the Grand Ocean for more than 20 years now. Have never had a bad experience. Staff is accommodating, friendly and go out of their way to make your visit special. Many activities to participate in close to the resort and throughout the island. Cannot go wrong with this venue.

Come relax right on the beach with super ammenities. There are 3 pools, hot tubs, indoor gym, outdoor games, and daily activities. Rent bikes right at the resort to explore the island. Rental includes pass to Sea Pines. We have been going to Grande Ocean for 25 years and absolutley love it. Unfortunately, other family plans have taken us away from the island we love!!

We have loved Marriott Grande Ocean since 1996. The resort continues to improve the facilities, including the latest addition of the lazy river pool.

We have enjoyed the location (ocean front) and the many amenities that come with staying here. Beach, Sun, Swim, Golf, Biking and Walking Trails, Many Restaurants. It’s time to pass on at an affordable price!

This is an amazing family vacation resort which has become our family tradition through three generations. We love its easy access to the its pools, beaches, Sea Pines, bike trails, Harbour Town, and Island Golf courses.

This is a beautiful five star property. This unit is a deeded Oceanfront unit with a high floor requested. Oceanfront is not guaranteed unless the owner has a deeded oceanfront unit. Some owners will list a unit in an oceanfront building but this is an oceanfront unit, there is a difference.

Our absolute favorite resort on Hilton Head Island. Perfect in every way.

Marriotts Grand Ocean resort. The resort is in the perfect location. We usually rent bikes (on premises) and bike everywhere. Harbor town is a leisurely ride Our kids love it there. Very family oriented , they have activities fir everyone The rooms are decorated beautifully and they keep updating them. The pools are very clean and great size. Love the beautiful oceanfront views we usually see dolphins while having our morning coffee on our private patio. We ❤️ this place.

This is a favorite location of ours with beautiful views. The resort is very clean with exceptional and friendly staff. We travel here yearly for plenty of R and R.

I am a huge fan of Marriott properties and looked at many others before deciding to land here at Grande Ocean. I think that it is hands down the BEST oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head Island SC. Marriott recently renovated, and the 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa is just fantastic.

The Grande Ocean resort is the "Flagship" of the Marriott timeshares on Hilton Head Island. We are owns and have spent many years enjoying our vacation at Grande Ocean. We would be please to provide more details on our favorite restaurants, beach rentals, biking, etc. The Villa can accommodate 8 adults for sleeping, dining and the resort has several pools for swimming and a "lazy river" for great family fun.
