Been an owner since 1995 and impressed with how Grande Ocean Resort continues to improve this facility.. This year they have added the lazy river water ride..

Grande Ocean is a special resort on the ocean in Hilton Head. The unit sleeps eight and has a full kitchen. Furnished balcony overlooking the ocean. Units refurbished in the last 2 years. Bike rental on sight This is a GREAT time to be at Grande Ocean!!

This is our home resort and most years we choose to come and have been coming for over 15 years. A great place to vacation!

We bought our first week here 26 years ago, thinking that we would use it to travel to other places. But we keep coming back to Grande Ocean--WE LOVE IT! The beach and the location are excellent for adults and kids. Villa is larger than newer resorts on the Island. Families may want to request the south end of the resort (close to the kid's pools and playground); the north side tends to be more tranquil.

Love the location and amenities of the resort. The advantage of a Marriott resort is that the service and facilities are excellent

We are original owners from the time Grande Ocean was built. The resort has continued to be highly sought after for their location, continued improvements and upkeep.

My heart is heavy at having to rentmy timesharerent days. I love Grande Ocean. This is the first March in ten I will miss out. The beach is beautiful. The condo is beautiful. The island is beautiful. I bought my first week at Grande Ocean before it was finished being built and bought two additional weeks after that. We currently have Friday and Saturday check-ins this year and would like to sell the Sunday one.

My children have grown up going to Grande Ocean resort, and we've collected such good memories. Convenient location, plenty of beach area, many pools and hot tubs on the resort, and the staff are so helpful. For a few years, they even remembered my kids' names. Highly recommend it!

Hilton Head Island is one of my favorite places to visit for a true beach vacation. Despite many lodgings, etc. Hilton Head has managed to keep a special identity as opposed to the beach skyscrapers in other locations. That being said, Grand Ocean is my number one place to stay because of its central location on the island.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for years and have stayed at multiple Marriott locations but the Grande Ocean is by far our favorite. The location is great and it is very well maintained with beautiful grounds. I am a stickler for cleanliness and have never had a problem with this Marriott--our villas have always been pretty much pristine. The rooms are renovated routinely. This Marriott is situated close to Sea Pines and those who stay here are given Sea Pines passes during their stay. We typically rent bicycles and have a great time biking through Sea Pines as well as on the beach. The resort is also very close to many of top rated restaurants on the Island.

Excellent resort with many pools and large ocean front beach facilities. A bonus is access to Sea Pines Plantation. New this year is a "lazy river float in the "shady side" grouping.
