Ocean views are stunning, and the two-bedroom is incredibly roomy with all the amenities one could need for meal prep. Beach towels are available in the room for use poolside and on the beach. Laundry facilities make things very convenient. This resort provides a sea pines pass for both driving and bike riding. Rent bikes and you can enjoy the bike trails all over Hilton Head as well as the hard-packed beach. It's the best resort on the island!

We LOVE this resort! We've been staying at Marriott's Grande Ocean, annually, for several years now and we've been very happy every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful, while the General Manager is often seen walking around the property and checking in with guests to ensure all is well. This is a first class resort in a great location on Hilton Head island!

Outstanding resort. It's reputation as Marriott's top resort is richly deserved. My wife and I have come here every year but two since it opened - it is our favorite vacation spot! The villas are immaculate, and the friendly and courteous staff ensure that your stay will be delightful.

Grande Ocean in the heart of HHI, Right on the Atlantic at South Forest Beach; wonderful pools with plenty of seating. Kids will be in awe of the many turtles in the lagoon area. Lots of Cooking areas with grills (some with picnic tables). Close to shopping and dining, Plenty for the kiddos to do. Bike rentals. Loads of planned activities throughout your stay.

We love this resort and come at least once per year. The beachfront location is awesome and there are multiple pools to choose from. Marriott resorts have consistent high quality with great activities for kids and adults. Plus, you get a free pass into Harbor Town when you stay at this resort.

This is consistently the top Marriott Resort in their inventory. I have personally interacted with the General Manager and his staff a few times, always in a good way, and they are tremendous and always on-duty! Now that the pandemic is reasonably slower, the resort will be back to their normal weekly activities for all ages. You cannot go wrong at Hilton Head and staying at MGO. It's in the midst of all that is the island's best.
