Quick walk to the beach. All Y'alls restaurant on the premises. Very spacious two bedroom villa.

We have stayed at this resort several times. It is a beautiful, well maintained property. Very clean and classic Marriott quality in appointments. Sports bar has great food and drink. Beach is beautiful, particularly in the less crowded season. Decorations at Christmas are amazing.

Excellent Location and Property. Has everything you need for a great week including multiple pools, great food, great drinks, and even an on site spa. The indoor pool also helps on those rainy days. Rooms are fantastic and well equipped. Views are all great regardless of type of unit. Food and Drinks at the pool bar Y'all's Bar and Grill are great! Near perfect property in Hilton Head!

A wonderful place to stay during the Heritage Golf Tournament. Easy access to the golf tournament.

We love Barony Beach Resort in Hilton Head Island! It has the best guest space with shelving, hanging space and an extra sink and counter in a private changing/prep room between the guest bedroom and bathroom. Fun water slide for kids and several hot tub spas and pools for adults. Easy access to the beach!

Barony Beach is a gorgeous resort literally so close to the beach, that it takes just a couple of minutes to return to your unit to pack lunch, or quicker still to grab something at All Y'all's Snack Bar. It has an indoor Heated Pool, two outdoor Pools, exercise room, outdoor grills, and picnic tables, and daily activities from Water Aerobics, beach Yoga, Craft projects, boat excursions, live entertainment, and many other options! The units are spacious, immaculate, and very comfortable! Know you will love your vacation here!

Beautiful Hilton Head Island. Right on the water and convenient to dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. Many amenities and activities at the resort. .

Love this resort. We've been coming here for over 15 years, and own two deeded weeks.

We just stayed at this resort in March and was so impressed with the renovations done to the rooms and the overall upkeep of the resort. Although it was too chilly for swimming, we spent our days walking on the beach, playing shuffle board, corn hole and ping pong, partaking in their poolside activities and enjoying the hot tubs.

Barony Beach Club is an ideal vacation spot for family fun set in a beautiful location. Marriott does a wonderful job taking care of their guests. The accommodations and property are always clean and well-maintained with beach access a short walk to long stretches of open beach. Barony has two pool areas, one close to the beach and the other with the Garden units. The Garden unit pools have a water slide and a children's splash pad area. There is a gazebo where the grilles are located, putting green, and other game areas. The Westin hotel is close by for dining and other activities. Barony is located in the Port Royal Plantation of Hilton Head Island. There is plenty to see and do on the Island. Enjoy your stay!

I have been going to Hilton Head Island every summer for over 25 years. Hilton Head is known for its natural beauty, including white-sand beaches, beautiful waters, and fantastic walking and biking trails throughout the island. Hilton Head has an abundance of restaurants and shops, and offers many activities for individuals and families. Barony Beach Club is situated within Port Royal Plantation, the island’s only completely private oceanfront community, located at the heel of the island, with less traffic and where the Port Royal Sound meets the Atlantic Ocean. The resort has several pools, including one indoor heated pool and one outdoor heated pool; hot tubs; a spa; a fitness center; a gift shop and convenience store; bike rentals; free WiFi in all villas and public areas; free parking; daily activities; and various dining options. Rooms are clean and stylish. Staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Although the Garden View villas are only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the Barony also offers a convenient beach shuttle, which runs continuously from 9:00am – 5:30pm daily. Enjoy!

My family has enjoyed many vacations at this resort and have always had a fantastic experience. We love that they have an indoor pool, market place and dining options. The expansive beach is second to none.

We have been to Hilton Head and Barony Beach Club for several years as a couple, with friends and with our family (children and granddaughter). The sandy beach is so long and amazing to walk or bike.

Wonderful resort and location. Unit is a garden unit which is great for families with children, as the kid’s pool and water slide are just outside your door.

We purchased our timeshare in 2007 and have enjoyed many family vacations there. Everyone of those vacations were perfect. The deed is for unit 9558, Gold week which includes a span of weeks in the spring and also a span of weeks in the fall
