We stayed here in 2016. Unit was just remodeled. Comfortable and close to everything. In garage parking was great. Beautiful view from 22nd floor over looking Waikiki and Hard Rock Cafe below. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises!

We have stayed at the Royal Aloha in both a one bedroom and in the last three years, a two bedroom. They are very large units with full kitchens including a dishwasher. These units also have a washer and dryer making packing for Hawaii so much easier. All units in Waikiki have had the furniture upgraded.

The location is perfect for us. We love to walk and the beach is maybe a 10 minute walk. The Bus stop is just 1 block away.

The housekeeping is not done daily, but they come in once during every week to replenish and replace bath linens, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, and do a light housecleaning. If you need anything before that or if there is a maintenance problem; they are there very quickly.

I love the fact of having lots of space especially if we have family with us. I can do laundry in my own unit.

If you don't mind not being right on the beach, these timeshares are perfect.

I have bought two weeks here and we love it. Big rooms although the furniture is old. TV in LR and BR, huge bathroom with laundry. Walk to every thing. Car parking is cheap compared to other Waikiki hotels. We walk all over, I drive to golf. The pool isn't much. This part of town is quiet.

Very clean and excellent location for our family. Staff was excellent and responsive. Although not as new, you would think you were in a luxury hotel with the quality of care.

We own here & used our timeshare for the first time May/05.

We had a one bedroom. It was large enough for two people but could use some updating of furniture. Loved the washer & dryer in unit. Walking distance to everything. Parking was only $5 a day compared to others that charged more than that.

It wasn't crowded the time we were there. Small pool but we had it all to ourselves. Friendly front desk person. Planning another trip for 2006!

Walk to everything. Great restaurants. So much to do. Very large condo with full kitchen and washer and dryer. We loved it and drove to everthing on the island and took lots of tours. Very memorable family vacation.
