This is a beautiful, relaxing and tranquil place. There are no screaming children, nor loud music blasting all the time. (There is live acoustic music once or twice a week). It has it's own small private beach, (one of the nicest in KW, according to locals). The entire resort has been recently updated and refreshed. I've been an owner here since 1990, and I love it!

When you're ready to party, it's a short walk to Duval, and all the night-life in KW. And when you're ready to call it a night, a short walk back to peace and quiet.

Coconut Beach Resort is a quiet gem at the southern point of Key West. There's a door to Louie's Backyard from the pool deck/hot tub area and a private small beach area. You have access to the cocktail deck overlooking the water at Louie's as well as upscale dining. The resort is simply charming and we have been going there for over 15 years. It's a place where fabulous memories are made.

Close to Pickleball Courts, beach, and Sunrise pier. Easy bike ride to Malory Square, Duval St. Has a small saltwater pool, hot tub, access to the ocean, and lounge chairs with an ocean view. A small and quaint resort. I think you will love it as much as we do.

This is a small time share resort with only 30 units. It is located right on the beach and it actually has it own private beach. Each unit is 2 bedrooms with two baths. There is a king, a queen and a queen sofa pull out so 6 adults be accommodated. There is no restaurant but its location between Louis Backyard and Casa Marina makes it easy to find dinner. The compound is very well maintained and in pristine condition. This is the number one resort in Key West.

This complex is the best we've seen in key west. It's next to Louie's backyard with a connecting doorway to their bar from the pool. It's right on the water. Great pool and hot tub. Free music and rum punch twice a week. And the views are beyond belief!

Key West is the most unque city I have ever visited. Coconut Beach Resort is the best! The resort is well kept with large rooms and very nice furnishings. The large pool & jacuzzi & sunning area has enough room for everyone. And then there is the PRIVATE BEACH! It is a vacation memory you will never forget. The resort is quiet, family & couple oriented.

Our favorite resort. It's got everything: spacious room with spectacular view, hot tub facing ocean, large pool, comfortable lounge chairs. On our last few visits, we left the rental car in the lot and walked to some of the best restaurants on the island. Not cheap ($330/night for 1 bedroom suite), but well worth it.

We have owned our unit at Coconut Beach resort since February of 1991. It is a beautiful facility in a perfect part of Key West. It's is private, quiet, easy to get to, and walking distance or bike to everything on the island. It overlooks the ocean from every part of the resort. Excellent restaurants starting next door and everywhere on the island Once there, you will return! It's Easter Week and Spring Break week typically during this week.

As owners of several 5 Star Resorts (Marriott,...), we rate the Coconut Beach resort at between a 3-4 star. We have 20+ years of timesharing in the US, Mexico, Canada, and Europe.

Beach is nice, but don't confuse this very small beach with Kauai or Puerto Vallarta . The first floor units do not provide much view. Coconut Beach is located in Key West, so do not expect a tropical island paradise.

My experience w paradise does not include the loud Sysco trucks idling at 5:00 - 6:00AM, the sleeping street people in the adjacent vacant lot, or the loud bar scene next door.

Paradise - not so much! We are going to give this place a pass!

Very little searching will easily discover more preferable experiences.

Generally well maintained, and "newbies" will be more excited than more experienced time share owners.
