Have owned here since 2009. Love this resort.

Arguably the best beach on the High Rise Strip. A Park guards it on the right, and an untouched beach on the left. Walking to the central district and a short cab ride to all the major restaurants

Very comfortable, clean and quiet room , have been there since they opened.

my unit 1302 is on the penthouse floor in the tower This unit is scheduled for complete renovation by May 2025 I have seen a model and it will be beautiful.the view is spectacular and has 2 balconies full kitchen with a dining table with 4 chairs the view is AMAZING available starting 9/13/2025

The Divi Phoenix is a beautiful resort we have stayed at for over 10 years now and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to come enjoy the beautiful beaches and weather of Aruba. The staff is amazing and it makes a great overall experience while staying in paradise.

This rental is in the Phoenix 2 which is the newest part of Divi Aruba

This is the best resort in Aruba. The condos are well equipped, spacious, modern and comfortable. The beach access is perfect. You walk out of your building and you are at the beach. There are 2 large pools and 2 hot pools.. The beach bar and pizza shop is available.

We have always enjoyed staying at the Divi Aruba Phoenix, especially the location of the unit and the nearness to the town of Palm Bay.

One year we encountered an unfortunate occurence personally and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate us.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean and pool. 2 pools and hot tubs. Activities, Entertainment and restaurants.

Staff always makes us feel like family. while the renovations take some time, the upgrades will be fantastic.

The cove beach at the phoenix is protected and amazing and location is walkable to the high rises and all the restaurants. We even walk to the superstore from there

The Divi Phoenix is an upscale Aruba Resort with newly remodeled and updated rooms. It sits right on the beautiful beach. Very clean, great service. Pool with a swim up pool bar with daily 2 for 1 drink specials. Nightly entertainment. Highly recommend.

Beautiful 5th floor with ocean views, king bed with on suite, hot tube, full kitchen and pull out couch, washing machine and dryer. Second full bath room and balcony.

Take advantage of a variety of amenities, including tennis courts, racquetball courts, two swimming pools, a swim up pool bar, hot tubs, a spa and sauna, fitness center, concierge, ice cream bar, shopping, several different dining and bar options as well as all the amenities offered by the four other nearby Divi resorts on island. The island bus stop is out front the resort, and the nearest casino is a short walk down the beach.

Quiet resort located on the ocean with beach access, swim-up bar, several pools as well as grills for barbeque on the grounds. Great restaurants on the property as well as within walking distance. Boardwalk along ocean with easy access to casinos.

Beautiful resort. Pristine beach. Staff is very accommodating and the location is perfect. Our room is ocean front with spectacular sunset views overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Newly finished unit with washer/dryer. Very close to shops and other high rise hotels and restaurants.

Great location with exclusive clean beach With plenty of lounge, chairs, and tiki huts. A beautiful swim area that provides world class sunsets during the evening. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have come to this resort every year for the past 15 years and have not been disappointed yet. The rooms are always in very good repair and very clean. There is plenty of convenient parking on site, their restaurant and pool bar will not disappoint. We look forward to returning from the day we leave.

We have been staying at Divi Phoenix for the last 18 years and have loved every visit. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are fantastic and it is in a great location.

From start to finish The Divi Aruba resort is anything you want it to be! Ocean, Pool, excursions or just relaxing! This is why it’s One Happy Island!!
