This resort is amazing in that it is close to everything and is extremely well maintained and has a pristine beach and friendly staff. Great place to have the vacation of your life

we have been coming back for 20 years before moving to florida. Water is great, always a nice breeze, and people are friendly and you can walk anywhere!

Great location with restaurants, beaches, casinos and shopping close by. You will want to come back again after staying at the Ocean Club, true paradise!

Paradise, climate, blue water, sand and sun, pool, safe with great people and service, great restaurants, reasonable pricing, restful quality appointments.

PHENOMENAL - Aruba doesn’t get any better! Beautifully renovated villas, exceptional beach with room to stretch out, attentive staff and service. Stroll along the beachfront boardwalk to great restaurants and nightlife. Perfect getaway for relaxing and rejuvenating.

Absolutely loved it,Went for the first time,Grounds are meticulous and they are working to keep all the grounds clean everyday.Rooms are beautiful and brand new.there are some kids at Ocean Club but most the families are next door at the surf club.The Ocean club is quite compared to surf or main hotel,I would not change a thing loved every minute and bought 2 timeshares while I was there.Great job Ocean Club.

Stayed in a one bedroom in March 2021. The room was newly renovated and beautiful. My ocean view was only possible if I leaned over my balcony. I did trade into the property through Interval so I image they give the best views to their owners. The room was equipped with starter coffee, plus filters, hand wipes, shampoo and conditioner, soap, dishwasher soap, and a roll of paper towels. Resort capacity was limited and there was social distancing between pool chair sets. Everyday we were able to secure a set of chairs w/ an umbrella without going down at some ungodly hour like at the Surf Club next door. We plan on returning.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The water and beach are beautiful. The pools are well maintained. Went to the spa a couple of times during our trip and received a facial and a massage. Both were fantastic.

Close access to lots of shops and restaurants. Tons of great options for happy hour. Bring your own reusable bags for the grocery store or pay for bags once there. 1 person per cart and stay with your cart, that's how they monitor how many customers are in the store at one time.

COVID protocols were in full swing. Inside the hotel it was mandatory to wear a mask, outside no one wore masks. Any restaurant you went to on property or off you had to sign in with phone # for trace contacting. Everyone was great about sanitizing after each guest. The county it's self imposed curfew restrictions on how late anyone could be out. We left just before spring break which you had to be back on your property at 10pm. It was 11pm while we were there. Our taxi driver said the police will take anyone out later than curfew to jail for an overnight stay. With only 30 ICU beds on the island (up from 6), I understand the need for being strict.

Don't let the * or ** star reviews fool you. Those apparently had a very personal bone to pick and does not reflect the overall ambiance of the Ocean Club or Aruba in general. One review even said they were at the Surf Club -- so this is NOT the same as Ocean Club next door. I have been going to the Ocean Club for over 20 years and it's calm, relaxed, friendly staff, turquoise waters and long beaches to walk. The units are extremely comfortable with large kitchen/dining/great room and large bedroom. Yes Aruba has changed over time and there can be crowds but at the same time it's within walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping areas. Best of both worlds. It's a peace of heaven for sure

My family and I stayed here this past February (2020). Two adults, a five year old and 2 year old. This resort is NOT kid friendly. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!! I rented through Redweek. In the description we were told that the Ocean Club shared amenities with the Surf Club. That is absolutely not the case. No use of kids club, splash pad or waterslide which is what we were hoping for. NOPE. We have always stayed at the Surf Club, but they didn't have the room we needed for the week we were going so decided the Ocean Club would be our best bet. The best the Ocean Club could do was give us one day pass for our 7 day trip. As far as their outdated description of the property "sharing" amenities with the Surf Club they said they would take that old description down " we haven't shared amenities for years" was their response to me. The owner had no clue apparently either. Imagine telling your 5 year old " sorry we can't use the waterslide!" This single handedly could have ruined our entire vacation, my husband was ready to embark home. We made the best of it and luckily had friends staying at La Cabana and the Surf Club so were able to sneak in as a guest. The front desk was anything but helpful. I will never stay at the Ocean Club again. A one day pass....B.S., absolutely ridiculous. Redweek should be held partially responsible as it was their mistake for not updating their amenities. Please don't make the same mistake as me!!!!
