Marriott's Newport Coast Villas Reviews & Ratings

The location of NCV is absolutely amazing! There is nothing commercial around and is directly across the Pacific Coast Highway to Crystal Cove State Park. All Villas are not the same; the lower floors tend to be noisier with little or no view. I have requested and received a Top/Upper Floor, Ocean Frontal View and away from Newport Coast Drive. To date all of my requests have been fulfilled. Although I cannot guarantee the unit, it is highly likely this unit will be no exception and highly desirable. The views from the upper floors are magnificent!

One of the most beautiful timeshare of Marriott. Driving distance to many tourist attractions like Disneyland, Universal Studios etc. nice sunny weather

My whole family loves staying at the Marriott Newport Coast. It is in the best spot and so close to the beach. The views are amazing and the weather seemed to be perfect every time.

> Location can’t be 15min from John Wayne airport, minutes from Crystal Cove National Park, 10-minute drive to Laguna Beach, 10-minute drive to Newport Beach and a 15-minute drive to Huntington Beach. The villas at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas have spectacular ocean views.

> No resort fees Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas has NO resort fees.

> No parking fees Parking is included in villa rental.

> Amazing pools Impressive pools at Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas. The huge Catalina pool a guest. There are two additional pools surrounding the Catalina pool (one of them set up with a volleyball net, one of them designated as a quiet pool). There are two additional pools located at the two extremities of the property. All pools have umbrellas to offer shade when needed and self-service towel stations.

> Free Shuttle This resort is quite a large property. The resort has a shuttle that can drive you around the property and drop you off at the pools, basketball courts and more.

Complimentary shuttle that takes guests to Crystal Cove, the Crystal Cove shopping center, Laguna Beach and Fashion Island. The shuttle runs all day (starting at 8 am). The last shuttle from Fashion Island is at 8:30

This is a HUGE perk as you’d have to pay parking fees at Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach.

> Large 2 bedroom villas with full kitchen Every stunning villa at this resort has two bedrooms and sleep up to 8 guests. They are newly remediated and well laid out.

The two bedrooms have good separation between each other. The large kitchen is fully stocked and there are dining spaces inside the villa and on the balcony.

The villas have 2 full bathrooms and TVs in every room.

> Activities for the entire family

One thing Marriott always does right is their resort activities. They think of everything and every age group.

Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas has a fabulous selection of complimentary activities. Kids can participate in Pirate Parties and Treasure Hunts, they can make sand art, shell necklaces and much more. The entire family can enjoy a fun game of poolside bingo and adults can take in friendly games of poker and blackjack in The Cottage room.

The resort also has a complimentary fitness schedule. Adults can participate in PILATESbarre classes, YOGAflow, JIVE and more.

Premium activities are available for a small fee. Parents can sign their kids up for Kid’s Night Out for a fee, or have their kids Build a Buddy.

> Close to Disneyland Anaheim is an easy 30-minute drive from this amazing beachfront property.

Overall

I highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a relaxing Southern California getaway.

Sunsets are amazing. Workout room is substantial. Rooms are big and clean. Property is wonderful to walk around. There are sports courts for basketball and teatherball. Yoga and other exercise classes and activities for all in the family.

We have vacationed here for 15 years. Beautiful location and awesome amenities including a free shuttle to Crystal Cove and Newport Beach. They have a free movie theater, movie and game rentals, pools, a beach volleyball court. Fun family activities too including bingo, magic shows, etc.

This is a home away from home. All units are two bedrooms plus two bathrooms plus in- unit laundry. This resort has everything from a kids club, tennis, pickleball, basketball, mini-golf, water slides, outdoor movie nights and more.

This place is perfect for family vacations! Don’t hesitate to book!!!!

Activities galore! So much to do on the property and in nearby communities. Perfect for a family or two families to share. Plenty of markets nearby or restaurants for your enjoyment. Shopping mall just a few minutes away and beach access by shuttle from resort.

The Top Destination in Newport Coast where every unit has beautiful views of the ocean and gorgeous grounds. Units are updated super clean and many daily activities included for both kids and adults. The perfect destination for a getaway!

As Marriott Platinum owners of 4 Marriott Resort weeks, Newport Coast has always been our favorite! The location is outstanding and views magnificent especially if your lucky enough to get into one of their many preferred villas. A great vacation is just around the corner! Enjoy!

This is our favorite resort. The 2 bd/2ba villa has a full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, balocny, living room and dining table. Sleeps 8. We take the free shuttle down the beach almost every day, or into Laguna Beach. The resort activities and staff are top notch. The pools are amazing, 4 huge pools in total, including a kids pool with water slides. We like the La Vista bar and grill on site too. The bbq grills and fire pits are great for family and friends to gather.
