Perfectly placed resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean! Minutes to Laguna to the south and Newport Beach to the north. Other well-known beach towns nearby as well as Disneyland. Marriott resort luxury throughout!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Newport Coast Villas, and I have to say that it is one of the most relaxing resorts located in Southern California. Stunning ocean view from our balcony is truly relaxing. The room and grounds are well maintained and sleeping on a heavenly bed made our stay even better. We will definitely be coming back

The Resort has incredible ocean view from the rooms, pool and bar. Activities on site include basketball, mini golf, arcade, kids club. Sign up for bikes, surfing etc. Pelican Hill Golf Course is across the street. The villas are close to Balboa Island, La the beach (shuttles to both), Laguna Beach , Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza both shopping meccas. Disneyland Resort and San Diego Zoo, Lego Land Hollywood, Universal Studios, Santa Monica Pier are easy to drive to. The top rated resort in the collection!!!

Unit is two bedroom, two bath villa and includes kitchen and washer dryer. Beautiful this time of year and near many local activities such as beach, Disneyland, shopping etc.

Luxurious resort in the best So Cal location! Multiple pools, kid friendly, beautiful views, tennis, pickleball, fitness center and spa, top restaurants, shopping and beaches. Located between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach.

Such a perfect location for a family vacation! We have enjoyed 20 years of sunsets on the Pacific Ocean with our 5 children who are now grown. Close to Disneyland, Golf, Mountain biking and hiking. Crystal Cove State Park & Beach in walking distance. Every unit has a view of the ocean. This resort will not disappoint!!

Beautiful location, so close to the beach. Swimming pools, including salt water pool, are so wonderful.

We have been coming to this resort 2 or more times a year for 10 years and never tire of it. So much to do - golf, Disney, beach, shopping. LOVE IT!

We own three weeks and will be there for two weeks in September. We have been going the Newport villas for over 12 years. We had a scheduling conflict in November or we would of used the week. Great place to enjoy the Ocean (walk every day) and countless restaurants. Second to none resort that is well maintained.

We love staying in the beautifully decorated villas at Marriott Newport Coast. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are top tier. The pools are relaxing and it's just a short shuttle ride (or drive) to the beach.

Marriott’s Newport Coast is a wonderful, family-oriented resort on the California Pacific coast. A resort vacation at its best. On site are several pools, activities throughout the week for children, as well as gym and sport facilities. Nearby is Crystal Cove State Park, as well as numerous dining and shopping options. The unit itself includes a full kitchen and laundry.

I have been going to this resort (owner) for 17years and always look forward to amazing Newport Coast. Perfect weather overlooking the Pacific Ocean with great restaurants nearby along with everything Southern CA has to offer. The resort has multiple pools and one specific for kids with a kids splash zone area. On site gyms and spa. Main pool area overlooks the ocean and has waiter service for food and drinks. Two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. Great for families or 2 couples traveling together. Also i seem to sleep better here than at home! Great bedding and maybe the ocean air! One of the top resorts in Marriott’s portfolio and very popular.
