We have owned and enjoyed this week for years, and it is one of our favorite vacations. The resort is beautiful, upscale, and exceptionally well maintained, with multiple pools, stunning views, excellent service, and activities for all ages.

It is especially ideal for spring break because it offers the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Kids love the pools, beach, and nearby adventures, while adults can truly unwind and enjoy the setting. We have especially loved the beach walks, amazing tide pools, and easy access to local attractions and day trips.

This is a prime week at a highly desirable resort and a wonderful opportunity for anyone looking for a memorable vacation in a great location. We highly recommend it.

My family and I have stayed in these villas many times. The location, views, and amenities are first rate! We have also rented weeks to other individuals who all give excellent reviews of the resort and surrounding area, especially in JUNE!!

This is my favorite resort. It is perfect location to the beach or Disneyland. It is also one of the few resorts that offer free parking and no tall towers. I love the villas and the view and the many pools.

A great beach location and the pool and local community could not be beat. Balboa Island shopping (boutique shops) was so much fun and the restaurants are amazing - so many choices.

We have owned this week since 2000, and we surely love this property. This is a purpose built condo development, NOT a converted hotel or apartment building like many other timeshare resorts adjacent to the ocean. It is a flagship property, extremely popular, and provides the amenities that families want for their vacation. Nearby attractions include Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and San Diego and Los Angeles are nearby. These weeks rent for much more than the maintenance fee on VRBO and Redweek, and some owners use this as an income property. We love it for it's location and convenience to all of the features that Newport Beach offers.

I have stayed at Newport Coast on many occasions over the years and have never been disappointed. It is in a great location along the southern California coast. Within easy driving distance to SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Disneyland, and Universal Studios. Marriott is renown for the maintenance of their units. The unit is spacious with plenty of room to accommodate the family without getting in each other's way. There are three TV's which can accommodate some existing cable subscriptions which you may have (not certain which ones). Laundry facilities in the unit, so you can pack lighter.

We have been there countless times, always amazing place to stay, fun in the sun, great location, short drive to Disneyland, Universal Studios, free shuttle to Crystal Cove State Beach and the Beachcomber Restaurant. We have taken our bikes and riden into Corona Del Mar and Balbao Pier area. Memories forever- create lasting memories for the kids and yourself.

Marriott's Newport Coast Villas is our favorite because it is a top-rated, family-friendly resort that provides amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as easy beach access and proximity to a golf club, shopping, and other attractions like Crystal Cove State Park. Its also close enough to Disneyland! The villas are spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen, living room, and dining area; it definitely feels more like a home away from home rather than a hotel room. We also love the multiple pools, sports courts, and kids activities. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This is the place to stay in Southern California! In addition to all of the amenities the resort has to offer, it is minutes away from some of the world’s most beautiful beaches, islands, beautiful PCH scenery, fabulous real estate, restaurants, entertainment & shopping. A fraction of the cost of renting through Marriott.com! Renter is responsible for all incidental charges including room service, telephone usage and other miscellaneous charges. Marriott requires a credit card at the time of check-in. Request Ocean or Garden View prior to arrival. Villa will do their best to accommodate location requests within the property; booking early will increase chances to get the room and view you prefer, although Ocean can be viewed at various locations throughout this resort. Although there are 8 sleeping spaces, this Resort permits a maximum occupancy of 6 people per villa. *NO BROKERS* - unit cannot be reassigned once reserved.

Beautiful ocean views and walk to the beach. Great for all ages. Lots of activities for adults as well as children. Fine dining minutes away. Hike the beach at Crystal Cove.

We’ve been owners at Marriott Newport coast for many years and it’s always been a fabulous experience. The ambience is one of a Mediterranean village with access to Crystal Cove State Beach and nearby golf courses. There are several pools in the workout facilities are first rate.

We love Marriott Newport Coast. It’s the perfect location to spend an enjoyable week. Lots of fun things on resort property. Beach is 5 mins down the road. Our grandkids love to go with us each year. Truly a wonderful family location.
