We have been visiting Newport Coast for the past 15 years with and without family. The resort is our favourite Marriott - the views are spectacular and the resort is immaculately maintained and peaceful.
We are never disappointed when we stay at this timeshare. Great location and beautiful surroundings. Great amenities! Always clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need.
Newport Coast is the first Marriott we ever stayed at and have stayed there multiple times since. We love to walk along the beach and trully enjoy the large pool. The surrounding area is upper class.

This resort is beautiful. The landscaping is breathtaking and the views are top notch! We love the pools and all of the activities for both kids and families. So much to do, and at the same time very relaxing.

A perfect family vacation is a beautiful location with all the amenities. Close to Crystal Cove Beach, Laguna Beach, Balboa Island and Newport Beach. We've been vacationing here for over 20 years and it has become a special family tradition. Highly recommend.
