EXCELLENT place to vacation with family and/or friends. A lot to do outside; grilling, games and fun for kids (and family), cozy and so gorgeous!

Close to the airport (SNA), close to the beach, and close to quaint little places to shop. It's just so pretty. :-)

In all the times we have stayed at the Newport Villas, we have been extremely satisfied with the accommodations, cleanliness, atmosphere, helpful staff and views.

Beautiful Southern California Weather, plus a great property with fun pool and amenities. So many activities in this City to choose from like golf, Disneyland, Knotts berry Farm, plus many Restaurant's with top Chief talents. You'll also enjoy the Beautiful Pacific Ocean Views and beautiful beaches which are close and easy to enjoy.

Love this resort. We've been taking our bikes and rental more for our guests. Great local to just pedal around New Port and the whole area.

2 Bedroom Villa - great location, a stellar resort at a reasonable price so close to fabulous restaurants, great attractions, and of course the ocean.

This resort makes me feel like I'm staying on the Hearst Castle property. Expansive great lawn and ocean view great pool.
