Beautiful resort right on Crystal Cove Beach, New Port Coast. 2 miles from Laguna Beach. Beautiful units, fully furnished, excellent facilities, friendly staff. Be coming for almost 20 years. Home away from home.

Set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this modern Mediterranean-style resort is 4 miles from Balboa Island and 7 miles from Newport Pier. The warm 2-bedroom suites come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and DVD players, plus separate living and dining areas. They also include balconies and fully equipped kitchens. The hotel offers free parking and a grocery shopping service. There's a casual poolside bar and grill, plus a cafe serving Starbucks coffee. Additional amenities include a spa, 3 outdoor pools and a hot tub, plus a fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts.

My family has loved this annual tradition of vacationing at the Newport Coast Villas in Newport Beach, California. We love the comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations, which our family of five fit into very nicely. It’s such a huge advantage to have access to a full kitchen when you’re staying a full week. We always eat breakfast in the villas, pack sandwiches for the beach and save our dining out expenses for dinners. The facility always has fun activities planned for the kids, which helps all of us enjoy ourselves:)

Marriott's Newport Coast Resort is such a wonderful place to relax and smell the sea breeze every day. There are lots of things to do close by like Laguna Niguel Beach, Newport Beach and Balboa Island just to name a few. The rooms and staff are super helpful and friendly. We stay there as often as we can.

It is our perfect vacation every year for several weeks. We love our morning walks along the beach to coffee. Complimentary shuttles and activities. Great gyms, pools, and nearby restaurants, but we bbq a few times each week too.

This is a wonderful resort with so many activities available for the entire family. We have stayed there on numerous occasions and love the facilities and the Newport/Laguna Beach area. This resort is also close to major Orange County attractions such as Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. We just Love It!!

This is a beautiful 7 stars resort with a gorgeous view of the ocean!!!! The resort have the best amenities and activities for families and couples!!! This is the luxury of home away from home!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this resort. As well as nice villas, the complex has beautiful landscaping and is excellently maintained. Marriott properties have always been the best for me and that is why I purchased this timeshare. I know you will enjoy your stay.

We love going to Newport Coast Villas. Rooms were always clean and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. We have always requested a building close to the check-in building because it is close to the main pools, the main gym and food.

Love this resort.. Never feels crowded...facilities are convenient and plentiful. Easy access to So Cal offerings!
