We’ve stayed here both as guests and owners, and it’s consistently a great experience. The villas are spacious, clean, and fully equipped—perfect for families. The resort has multiple pools, tennis courts, mini golf, and plenty of activities, all in a beautifully maintained setting just minutes from Disney and Universal.

Staff are friendly and responsive, and as an owner, the flexibility and exchange options make it a solid long-term value. Some older units could use updates, but renovated villas are excellent. Highly recommend for anyone wanting more space and amenities than a standard hotel in Orlando.

Excellent resort! Rooms are nice and big for families or for couples. Close to amusement parks, Disney & Universal! Lots of pools & activities on resort so you don’t need to leave to have fun!

Sheraton Vistana Resort truly feels like our home away from home. We've been coming here for over 30 years and love it every time. It's close to Disney and Universal, yet peaceful and relaxing. The pools are great, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. A perfect family getaway in the heart of Orlando!

We love it here so much we bought a unit. We either have our own car or rent one in order to maneuver to the various parks. Our children are older and now prefer to visit Universal so you definitely have to have a car, use a taxi, or Uber. I will say that if you plan on going to the Disney World with very young children and you do not have a vehicle- this could be a challenge going to and from Downtown Disney. That being said, this resort is amazing. The pools, facilities, activities, and the units are just perfect. The units have everything you need in an apartment while away from home. There is a Walmart down the road to stock the refrigerator, buy detergents, shampoos, etc. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I love staying here, I stay here every year on memorial weekend. The location is good if you’re going to parks it’s about ten min for universal and less than that for SeaWorld. A lot of food choices nearby as well and Publix if you want stuff for the kitchen. Pool is nice and the kids love the pirate ship they have.

My family loves going there. Especially the kids. There is always something to do for kids and adults. One of the best thing is It's very close to Disney, Water Parks and Walmart Supercenter.

Fabulous location, numerous pools, lush vegetation, well-maintained property, restaurant and supermarket on site, family-friendly and near the parks. We have thoroughly enjoyed the numerous visits to Sheraton Vistana.

My Husband and I of nearly 34 years have enjoyed Sheraton Vistana for many years! It is always clean, friendly staff and easy check-in and out. Walking around the property everywhere has wonderful views. We just find it a welcome treat each trip.

Sheraton Vistana Resort has the best holiday amenities for Adults and Children. The Resort has good, reliable and friendly staff and cannot do enough to ensure that Holiday Residence are treated with care and respect.

We stay here annually and love it. We just changed our dates this year and used points and kept our regular week available to share with another family.

We have stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Resort many times. My family loves it. They have enough to do if you don't want to leave the resort. The pools are great, restaurants on site. Disney World is a short drive. There is so much to do.
