Ski in and Ski out to the quad lift at the resort. Great exercise center looking at the slopes with heating pool and several hot tubs to relax apres ski. We enjoy all of the amenities of the Marriott Mountainside Resort. You can take the shuttle over to Deer Valley if you want a change of scenery.

Owned this property for over 20 years and only stopped using it for the last 7 years because the drive from LA was too long & we bought a condo in Mammoth. 5 star property in every regard. True ski-in ski-out, walk through the pool area to the bottom of the lift. Ski/pole/boot storage for guests (included) by pool area with several employees to help you. Also provides gondola access to Canyons resort.

Own it for 20 years already. They have continuously upgraded the rooms and keep the whole resort in great condition. The ski-in-ski-out feature is great and makes it the most convenient place in Park City. Love to come here but can't use my week for business reasons.

Perfect ski in/out location, convenient to the slopes, shops, and town. It is only 45 minutes from Salt Lake City Airport.

Our family has had many ski vacations in Park City staying at the Marriott MS. The snow is great, ski in/out convenience, easy access to town, and onsite covered parking make it our favorite ski location. Marriott does a great job of keeping the property updated and well maintained for a trouble free stay.

Only ski-in/ski-out where you can see the ski school from your window. At the base of Payday lift and across snow to Crescent. (Ski right over from back door of resort). Heated pool and hot tubs. Ski valet and lots of activities all seek. Best family vacation ever!!!

Excellent Ski in and Ski out location. Overlooks the slopes. An array of 5 hot tubs and a very large heated pool. Fun activities for the kids. This is the best ski vacation rental in the US.

This resort is fantastic and I have been going there for the past 15 years. However, I am unable to take advantage of my March 23 -29, 2025 reservation and would like to rent my 2-Bedroom Villa to someone who enjoys fabulous skiing, a resort with all the amenities, great staff, and who seek to have fun with family and/or friends only steps from the slopes and outdoor heated pools of the Park City Ski Resort.

This is the best place for any family looking to have easy access to some of the best skiing in North America and with something for skiers/boarders of all skill level.

You can’t get any closer to the slopes than this! Great amenities with ski/board storage. Hot tubs and pool are wonderful after a day of hitting the runs. Free shuttle into town for great dining options.

I have been an owner at Marriott Mountainside for over 20 years and absolutely love it! The convenience of this true ski in - ski out resort, it's location at one of the premier ski areas in the country, the famous Utah powder soft snow, and proximity to the unique historical town of Park City will definitely make you want to come back!
