Residentie Van Gogh

We recently visited Knokke for a week. The area is very nice, the timeshare is in a good location; about a half mile to the train station and a short walk to the beach. The lobby looks nice when entering but the apartment is need of a lot of repair. Everything is pretty worn out. There was no oven just burners and a microwave. A toaster would have been nice. The wood flooring was buckled and needed to be replaced. There were places where the paint had been knocked off the wall and not repaired. There are no windows in the bedroom so sleeping would be very uncomfortable in the summer as there is no air conditioning. A lady employee was very nice but the man who was there when we checked in was rude, questioning us because we had not answered a confirmation that they had emailed to us earlier. It was not answered because we didn't receive it. He accused us of not ever checking our emails which was not true. Overall a nice vacation because of the town and location but this place is in need of some repairs.
