Great location and views, great shows at night, family oriented resort, you can walk to a big supermarket in downtown and buy what you need in case you don't want to use the all inclusive option, plus you can eat at downtown area.

Great location close to shopping, and the food at palmar is delicious. You can also take the trolly just a short distance to villa del Arco. Also, great restaurants with no need to drive anywhere.

We have been coming to Villa Del Palmar, Cabo for almost 20 years with our family. We love the location of this resort and that it has the only swimmable beach in Cabo. The close proximity to the downtown Marina is a plus with or short taxi ride or a 30 minute walk. The resort provides every possible amenity and the Condos are extremely clean and very well equipped. With the added excitement of nightly entertainment it is hard to leave our resort! The resort also boasts an on-site supermarket, fitness facility, tennis courts and variable restaurants and a full service spa. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you over to the other Villa Group hotels which are located close by. We highly recommend Villa Del Palmar to our family and friends and to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled vacation!

Our family has stayed at this resort several times and we love how it was on the beach! There are multiple pools, perfect for kids and families.

The wonderful thing about this resort is that the all inclusive option gives you the opportunity to dine in either property, Villa Del Arco or Palmar. There is a great seafood Restaurant and Mexican restaurant at the sister property. The tram runs every 5 minutes back and forth to the resorts. You also have use of the spa at Del Arco rated one of the finest in the Cabo San Lucas area. I was just here and having the benefit of both resorts is really wonderful. Food is excellent, nightly shows, lots of action at Palmar!

VDP Cabo is a beautiful resort and in the perfect location. On the beach, close to town, and all the restaurants and shops. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa is a perfect family getaway, located on Médano Beach in Cabo Mexico, just one mile from downtown.

40 minutes from the airport and 9 minutes to Squid-row. The resort is gorgeous right on the beach! The service is amazing and the activities are so fun! This is a perfect location for a family vacation or 2 families in one suite. You will absolutely have the time of your life!

My family and I have been staying here for many years and have enjoyed it every time. Great location on the beach and easy walk to town. This season we are traveling to a different spot in the world so are looking to rent our units as we will not be using them.

We loved the views from our room of the famous El Arco, the nightly shows, cooking and tasting classes, the beautiful beachside restaurant and the ability to walk into Cabo and enjoy many cuisines along the way. The on-site Spa was wonderful and the on-site grocery and pharmacy plus onsite boutiques. Whale watching is our favorite passtime from our balcony.

I have been an owner at VDP for 25 years. Using it or one of the sister resort 1-2 times per year.

This is a fun, family friendly resort with lots of activities for kids and adults. The Orca Whale water slide is always a big hit.

Within walking distance to town or Uber rides cost $6-8 for 4 riders.

Cabo San Lucas is always a great place to visit with partner Cabo Adventures providing numerous off site activities and adventures. Try snorkeling, deep sea fishing for snarling and Mahi-Mahi, or scuba, camel and horseback rides, ATV or Jet skiing, Dolphin encounters, Ocean Cruises galore and many tours around town and close by cities and points of interest.

We stayed here the first week of May 2022 and had a fabulous time. We brought a group of about 30 to this resort for a birthday celebration. It was chillier at night than what we thought, so we had to buy some sweatshirts to wear in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and the food at the resort was great. This resort is just a few minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were well appointed. If we needed anything, the concierge quickly had it brought to our room. The resort also has an All-Inclusive meal plan which was reasonable, but we choose not to do it.

The food and amenities on the resort are amazing! Lots of options if you choose the all inclusive route and nearby restaurants if you prefer to go out!
