Emerald Bay is a stunning resort with breathtaking and tranquil views of the enormous pool, beach, and ocean. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. There is plenty to do at the resort, or just relax by the pool, and the food is excellent with abundant choices. Everything you need is conveniently available on the property, and town is a short ride away if you want to explore, shop, eat, and see other sites. We travel a lot and have been extremely impressed with every aspect of our stay. Well done!!!

We have owned this timeshare for over 20 years and are not able to travel as well nowadays. We love the resort and the setting in a quieter location in Mazatlán. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help, wonderful staff. The resort is available in a la carte and full inclusive depending on your needs. thoroughly recommended!

Our favorite vacation spot in Mexico! Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay has it all: beautiful accommodations, pristine beach, well-cared for resort, and spectacular swimming pools. Easy access to the Gold Zone and Mazatlan activities. This has been a family and couples destination for us for over 15 years!

We vacationed at this resort for many years and now we are too old to really enjoy it. It has everything you could want for a super fun or relaxing stay in Mexico. The resort itself is beautiful with 3 pools and with restaurants on-site as well as the sister resort and many others in town you will always have great food and sites available. Security is great and if you don't want to leave the resort you don't have to. All inclusive is also available if you wish.

The facilities are beautiful and clean, the landscape is tropical and magical, and the staff are the kindest most generous people we have met anywhere in the world.

We have taken our family (13 total) to this resort for the last 10 years. The staff have remained constant throughout these 10 years. The grounds are the most spectacular that we have ever encountered. A meal plan is available at a very reasonable rate; we have taken it every year and have been amazed at the quality of the food and drink. Transportation can be arranged at a reasonable rate once the reservation has been made.

Love Pueblo Bonito, timeshare units, location and service. There are several pools to enjoy, and several restaurants and a deli on the . Premises. Although the location is somewhat outside the city they provide a complementary bus into town. The gardens and entrance are beautiful. On a scale of 1-5 the cleanliness is definitely a plus.

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay is a five star resort with all the amenities need for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are spacious with kitchens and have amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. There are shuttles into town (10 minute ride) if you want to go shopping or enjoy the town of Mazatlan

A lush green oasis. This tranquil resort is the perfect escape. Extended beach walks. Relax poolside. Beautiful gardens. And great food.

If you’re looking for more action, a free shuttle or short Uber ride to the sister resort or Historico Centro is always an option.

Beautiful grounds . Staff is friendly and very efficient and helpful . Spa and gym is first class .the units are now becoming a little dated as the resort is 20 plus years old . A little removed from the activities of downtown . About 30 minutes by Uber . 10 minutes to the gallerias mall and movie theatres . My wife is very particular about bed firmness and these were a little firm for her . Overall our best experience in mazatlan and we have stayed at multiple resorts over many years

Gorgeous landscaping and pools. They have flamingos too. The view is the best I've ever seen. A private beach where sea turtles law their eggs. Their Spa is awesome. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. Best trip I've ever had.
