Amazing destination in Lake Tahoe for ski and just enjoying the lake. Gondola right outside the resort to take you directly to Heavenly. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds AND comfortable futon couch sofa beds.

This is an amazing ski resort - steps to the gondola with a free ski valet to store your skis and boots. (no more hauling them around in and out of the hotel) We took our four kids and had an amazing time with little hassle because everything is so close!

We love our stay at Timberlodge in South Lake Tahoe. The lift is right nextdoor and lots of restaurants nearby.

Owner for almost 20 years! We loved being their for the Thanksgiving week. Fire and Ice Restaurant which is on the property is our favorite place to eat. Resort is a great place for children. Ours have had great fun at the Kids Club when younger. Resort provides hikes as well as other activities for children and adults. Walking distance to Casinos at State Line. Heavenly Valley Ski gondola is just steps away!

Beautiful & clean resort! The villas are spacious and cozy. Love being in Heavenly Village close to shops and restaurants. Great getaway spot in one of the most beautiful and picturesque locations - Lake Tahoe!

This is a wonderful resort. Something for everyone. Walking distance from casinos and beach. Great pool and hot tubs. Activities in evenings. Love it!!

We had SO much fun!! It was a big roomy villa so plenty of room to spread out ski stuff by the fire to dry and warm up before heading out again. Loved Heavenly, such a Great mountain! The front desk was super friendly and helpful and we loved the on-site Asian restaurant! Also could walk to local shops and we had a rental car so we drove to see the lake and areas surrounding. My husband and two kids even went to another ski mountain which they loved as it was more challenging than my youngest and I could handle. I cannot wait to go back! Beautiful area and great resort !

We own a large two-bedroom suite at Marriott Timber Lodge in South Lake Tahoe, and summer is hands down the most sought-after time of year. It’s a great spot for families.

The two-bedroom layout gives everyone room to spread out, with a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. It’s perfect for relaxed mornings before heading out and for unwinding after a full day of activities. Having separate bedrooms and multiple bathrooms makes it easy for families to stay comfortably without feeling crowded.

The location is hard to beat. You’re steps from the Heavenly Village area and just a short walk to the lake. In the summer, there’s always something to do including beach days, paddleboarding, hiking, biking, outdoor concerts, restaurants, and evening strolls. It’s lively, fun, and very family-friendly.
