The Westin St. John - Virgin Grand Villas Reviews & Ratings

This unit #3124 has a private pool with a barbeque, lounges and comfortable tables and chairs. Which is only available to this unit and one other on this level. The Westin St. John Resort is one of the most beautiful resorts we have been to with a very accommodating staff. Also, there is a very convenient open air taxi service into town right from the resort where you'll find fine dining and entertainment. The taxi service also provides return trips from town back to the resort and it only costs $5.00 a person each way. You can not ask for a better place to relax and enjoy the private beach, pools, other activities and the easy access to town which has very reasonable and fine dining. Don't miss Morgan's Mango's lobster night and their Mango Coladas!

Our happy place! St. John has beautiful beaches and snorkeling, great dining, unpretentious, chill atmosphere. The Westin St. John provides all the comforts, the Villas are spacious and fully equipped.

This resort is beautiful and in a great location. Very easy to walk or drive to food-store and stock your room. Car rental agency on site as well. This island is gorgeous and the Westin is as well!

The studio at the Westin St. John is an excellent choice when you want upscale comforts, home-style amenities (kitchen, living area, washer/dryer), and the resort-style advantages (pool/ beach/ brand) in a beautiful Caribbean setting without a huge price tag. It’s especially good for couples or small families who appreciate a villa-style stay rather than just a hotel room. I love having access to a kitchen. Overall location, quality, resort amenities and value was excellent. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful property! Everything is right there for you to enjoy! Best and most beautiful beaches in the world! Easy taxi ride.... ferry into St. Thomas...and amazing dining on St.John and at St. Thomas. If you want to relax... this is the place.

Enjoy a peaceful beautiful get away at the Virgin Grand Villas (1 bedroom) have either semi-private pools (super close to the units) or private pools and nice, expansive views of the ocean over to St. Thomas. A very well thought out space. Parking is also right outside your villa. Golf carts will take you around resort/bring groceries and luggage if you didn't rent a car. This is the only phase that has a full size oven/stove. The Westin has the Heavenly Beds, great service, restaurants, snack shop, outdoor grills, hot tub, b-ball, tennis and pickle ball courts, ping pong, (they used to have a pool table - not sure if they do again), playground, resort events - (dive in movie, local beer tastings, BINGO, ice cream socials etc.), the Westin gym, car rental on site, day trips (diving or snorkeling) from the dock, daycare services, hobby cats, snorkeling gear, paddle boards (all included in your stay) and taxi's that run you wherever you'd like to go (downtown or the beach).

This 3 Bedroom pool villa at the Westin St. John is the ideal base for enjoying St. John. You will have the privacy of your own (large) space, including a private pool and a private hot tub, while also having access to resort amenities such as water sports access and equipment, a beach with chairs, beachside and other restaurants, and large pools with bars. There is ample parking in front of your villa.

The Westin St. John is in a great location close to town, restaurants and pretty beaches. Enjoy a relaxing vacation on this beautiful island.

I own two units at the Westin St. John. I come at least once per year with my family and we enjoy the resort. St. John has world class beaches that are part of the U.S. National Park Service. I travel to all sorts of islands in the Caribbean only a few of the beaches rival those found on St. John. Cinnamon, Maho and Honeymoon beach are my favorites.

Excellent resort and family vacation location. Amenities are excellent and the beach on the resort and beaches off the resort are world class. The restaurants on and off the property are excellent. A wonderful boat ride away from the British Virgin Islands. A short flight away from Puerto Rico and St. Thomas.

Great place to vacation. Lots of amenities. Good location to beaches, town, restaurants or just lounging at the pool. Staff very accommodating. Place where happy memories are made.

We have owned here for many years. Virgin Grand units have parking right in front of the buildings. The units are a short walk to the beach, there are also shuttles available throughout the entire resort. There a two restaurants on property, Snorkels by the beach and Lemongrass for breakfast and dinner. Cruz Bay Watersports has non-motorized water equipment to use for free, and also offers boat trips. The Westin has also a car rental company on site and there are taxis available from the resort if you don't have a rental car. The Westin St John is our favorite resort and we come here a couple of times a year. Enjoy this amazing place!

Gorgeous Resort. Private pool. Also rent vehicle nearby and you can travel to the most beautiful beaches.

Travel directly to the resort via the Westin Ferry - That made are trip so easy and stress-free. No lugging your bags let them take care of you.

This is a magnificent Villa. The wall patio is great privacy and the pool is very refreshing. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could want. The service you received from the resort is five stars, especially the shuttle service.

Surrounded by 47 acres of sugary sands and flanked by the bright blue waters of St. John's Great Cruz Bay, this tranquil resort offered us a peaceful place to hang our hats. The 2 bedroom villa comes equipped with Westin's signature amenities, including Heavenly beds, high-speed Internet access, flat-screen TVs and minifridges. According to some guests, the resort grounds appear outdated and a bit kitschy; however, most report a satisfying stay thanks to the natural setting and accommodating staff. My fiancé and myself give high praise to the casual bites, but suggest heading into St. John for more versatile fare. The Westin's diverse selection of activities includes scuba diving, kayaking, windsurfing and hiking at the nearby Virgin Islands Natural Park. Those who would rather not stray away from the resort can lounge underneath an umbrella on the beach or by the pool, or alleviate aching muscles at the full-service spa.
