Marriott's Shadow Ridge - The Villages Reviews & Ratings

This is one of Marriott's top resorts. We can say this after having stayed here as well as a numerous other Marriott resorts over the years.

We have been owners at Shadow Ridge for 15 years. The property is well-maintained and consistently updated. The units are large and comfortable for families. The 2-bedroom unit is perfect for one or two families. The unit has a full kitchen (with full-size fridge, range/oven, and dishwasher). It also has a washer/dryer. So much better than staying in a hotel room!

An awesome place to enjoy all the desert has to offer. Great vacation. We return every year!

Excellent resort, fun activities nearby, the property is very well maintained, the pools are beautiful, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely love this resort! The pools are very clean and not crowded. Lots of activities on site - tennis/pickle-ball, golf, mini putt. Lots for children as well. Lots of attractions in the area close to Palm Springs with many restuarants and great shopping.

I have spent many fabulous weeks at this resort over the last 20 years. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, golf, tennis and the PNB Paribas Open. It is a beautiful resort.

My family has enjoyed this resort for many years. It is first class with an excellent location and a wonderful golf course. Sadly, we booked this week for us to celebrate Christmas, but there was a death in the family and our plans have changed. We would love for another family to experience the pleasure of Palm Desert.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa has all the amenities and luxuries you would expect from a Marriott Vacation Club in a Golf Mecca! The second bedroom is actually a lock-off unit that has its own full bathroom and King Bed. It is just a few short miles from the Cochella venue.

As a family of 7, we go every summer. It’s a great resort for the kiddos due to water slide, large pools, Kid Activity Center, etc. A favorite for our family.

This is a great resort, full of amenities and great views. Marriott's have always been the best experience for fun and relaxation.

We have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. It is perfect for families with young children as well as those who want a quiet get away! There resort has been maintained and upgraded overs the years with a kid's pool and slide as well as a quiet pool . The activites center is great for something to do for the kids on the property besides just swimming. There is a small putt putt course too! Oh yes, and basketball hoops.

Palm Springs has wonderful golf and tennis courts, pools and cool restaurants. But what some may not know is it has amazing hikes just outside of town but also in Joushua Tree National Park! There is also an AMAZING Childrens museum, street fair/farmers market, and a tram car up the mountain.

Great resort. Comfortable villas. Enjoyable pools.

Great getaway! Pleasant weather in the middle of winter! You can golf, hike, swim, bike, spa, and relax! We always enjoy our time in the desert.

Marriott's Shadow Ridge-The Villages is one of our favorite places to stay. Lounge at the pool, play a game of tennis or pickleball, lunch at the pool, stay in shape in the fitness center, luxuriate in the hot tub, play a round of golf. Lots to do in the area - Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a spectacular 2.5-mile ride to see valley and mountain views; Visit the Museum of Ancient Wonders; Hike the Tahquitz Canyon; Visit the Moorten Botanical Garden; Dine at many good restaurants; So many more places to visit.
