The best of both worlds! Myrtle Beach from the past is close by and still fun. OceanWatch is located in a quieter stretch of beach with many stores and restaurants near by.

Located in the heart of the pretigious Grande Dunes neighborhood of Myrtle Beach, this resort is amazing! Besides boasting indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs there is an outdoor basketball court, pool tables, ping pong tables and a fine gym, the resort is ocean front. No matter which building you’re in, you are just footsteps from the beach. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful and everything is extremely clean and well maintained. The villa units are spacious and comfortable. You’ll feel like you could move in and stay! Convenient to great golf, fabulous restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. There is something here for everyone.

Marriott’s OceanWatch at Grande Dunes is a fantastic choice for families. The 2‑bedroom villas give everyone plenty of space to spread out, with a full kitchen for easy meals and an in‑unit washer/dryer that makes traveling with kids super easy. The resort has something for every age — multiple pools, a great kids’ splash area, and direct access to a wide, clean beach. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Whether you’re building sandcastles or relaxing by the pool, OceanWatch makes vacationing feel effortless and fun.

We had an amazing stay at Marriott’s OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dunes! The 2-bedroom villa was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The resort is beautifully maintained, with great pools, easy beach access, and plenty of activities for all ages. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again!

We have gone to Oceanwatch Villas since 2007 with our family. Our kids have grown up going to this resort & have loved it over the years. When they were younger, they loved the pools, playground, and beaches. As they got older, they loved going to the sports court & meeting other kids for basketball, bocce, and shuffleboard. The grills are perfect for making family dinners & the rooms comfortable. The beach is great and the waves are perfect for younger children. The staff that run the activities have been there for many years & we always look forward to seeing them each year. I personally have always enjoyed the water aerobics & trivia they include. Of course, the pools are great as well!

Our family loves this resort! We have been going for 22 years and have created the most special annual memories. It is a great location to just enjoy optimal beachfront access to a quieter, more peaceful area of the coastline, but also provides wonderful property amenities for the whole family. Moreover, it allows for easy access to plenty of experiences in the whole Myrtle Beach town. It has been a great spot for our family through all the phases of our maturing children, who are all adults now - and plan to keep this special resort in their rotation of vacationing.

Stunning Resort with so much to do on property. Its location is also in the middle of so many local activities, many within walking distance.

We have owned at Oceanwatch for 20 years. We go there at least twice a year. It is one of Marriott Vacation Club's top resorts because it can be reached easily by car from the Eastern 1/3 of the US, the beach is not overcrowded, great restaurants, golf, entertainment, and plenty to do for children (Putt-putt; amusement parks, Barefoot Landing, etc.)

Myrtle Beach is a great area for the whole family. Near many fine and casual restaurants and family friendly attractions. Beach has chairs and umbrellas for rent or bring your own. Beach also has Lifeguard protection. Who ever rents this will have a great time with many memories.

We go here every August. Absolutely love it. Buying a timeshare here was the best decision we ever made. It's been over 10 years now and it never gets old. Fun, lots to do, clean, safe...the whole package.
