Marriott's OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dunes Reviews & Ratings

Always a good time at Ocean Watch. Friendly staff great location weather is a very nice break during the winter. Have stayed in January before and even went golfing during the week. February temp is around 60 degrees. The villas are excellent, very relaxing and Myrtle Beach has a lot of things to do.

August is the best with air/water temp being equal! Can't beat 87 degrees!

OceanWatch is by far our favorite Marriott resort! Everything there is first class, from the room to the prompt service, to the wonderful staff! No problem is too small or big to be taken care of right away as customer service is excellent. The place is just beautiful and is kept up. There is something for all ages in our family in the activities. We have been coming there many years and I have watched my grandchildren grow up loving OceanWatch!

We've been coming to this resort since it was first being built. It's always been very well run and maintained. The beach is great- just enough away from the main "grand" strand that it's not crazy crowded, but you can still enjoy all that in a short drive.

First class all the way! My kids love the splash pool,, access to ocean, tree house and kids activity Center. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit, is always a must.

Outstanding value !! Every activity you can think of, or just chill out on the beach. Great weather and incredible golf. Nature lovers will be impressed with the huge number of wildlife species to see and photo. Vast number of terrific restaurants for every cuisine taste. Not into golf ? Enjoy biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, etc.

OceanWatch is a premiere resort in the Marriott family and we love going there. Outstanding amenities, close to all the restaurants, golf, and shows on the South Carolina's exquisite Grand Strand. You'll love it.

Phenomenal Marriott property that is great for families! Pools are great, rooms are clean with outstanding guest responsiveness, beds are very comfortable, food is great at two of the pools, the beach has great sand, beach umbrellas to rent if you want, full kitchen with all cooking ware, large refrigerator, elevators are fast and parking is right in front of the room. Just an outstanding location and property. We are not going this year as we went to Hawaii for a special trip. You will love this property and room! Myrtle Beach is full of things to do and explore!

Great ocean front unit with many amenities. Great for all ages. Several large pools with food available there. Have a shady pool for those who prefer not so much sun. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Shows close as is golfing. Many activities available on the premises. Ocean Watch will not disappoint and deserves its 5-star rating!!

Beautiful views of the ocean and a gorgeous stretch of beach for swimming, sunbathing and shelling. Multiple pools for swimming and relaxing throughout the property and fun play areas for the children with shaded treehouse play area. Many wonderful restaurants in the area for dining out.

The location of the resort is excellent and is not in a crowded area. It is a luxury resort and convenient to restaurants and shopping. One of our favorite Marriott resorts!!!

My family has been coming to OceanWatch since early 2000's usually 2-3 times per year - we love its location, all the services offered and comfort.

We have been vacationing here every year with family since it was built. Now we continue to come with children and grandchildren. We love it!
