How do we try and get a longer term rental in the same unit? We are wanting to visit in December, somewhere around the 18th until December 30th. We need a two bedroom unit!

We have done exactly as recommended above. Call the resort well ahead of time with both confirmation numbers and they can link the reservations.

Usually, owners only have one week to rent. We'd recommend looking for consecutive weeks of the same unit type at the resort, and then placing a request with the resort to stay in the same unit. While it can never be guaranteed, most resorts will do their best to accommodate such a request.
