We stayed here for a short weekend, and
were pleasantly surprised.
The resort is on Disney property, although a
little difficult to find at first, very close to
Downtown Disney and Epcot.
We stayed in the newer Phase III building
(just opened apparently in August, 2007), on
teh 11th floor (15 floors total), facing
the "lake" (their own manmade one in the
center of the project). The view was nice, and
with a balcony, we found our 2BD unit to be
quite nice. Looks like units on the other side
also had decent views of the lush vegitation
and Disney theme parks. All the amenities
were brand new, so there was nothing to
complain about there either.
The pool area was also nice. We used only
one of the currerntly existing two pools
(though it seems another is under
construction). The one we used also had a
lazy river, which was also nice and relaxing.
There was also a miniature golf course on site,
but we did not get to use it because we were
not there long enough.
For those who also need to work, our room
had free internet access (not wireless), so
make sure you have an ethernet cable with
you. Otherwise, I think there is also wireless
internet in the lobby.
I am generally very critical, but have to admit
that this resort is nice (at least our room, and
stay was).
