Beautiful Resort , We have gone every year. Unfortunately this year we are unable to attend due to family illness. You will enjoy the memories you will make.

This is an absolutely beautiful and tranquil new resort. Buildings are widely spaced and lots of natural forest space and wetlands have been preserved. Our kids loved the daily activities and friendly staff. The rooms are the most spacious and well appointed of all the Marriott resorts we have stayed over the years. We appreciate the more laid back quiet feel of this resort. No loud music blaring; and the beach and pools are not overcrowded like down at Grande Ocean. The 3-bedroom garden units are situated along a georgeous fishing pond with docks and swing chairs. A fountain on the pond provides for some peaceful white noise. I've never seen a nicer in-door pool building as they have here. It's shaped like a plus sign with a hot tub along side and close to window breezes. The walks to the beach were just fine, and our 3 kids never complained. But, golf carts are continuously shuttling folks to/from the beach if you prefer not to walk. Shelter Cove Marina is only a block or two south of the resort and provides for some great nightly fun. Bike trails allow for easy rides both north and south of the resort. Nice rental bikes are available on premises for a reasonable price.

This is our favorite Marriott Vacation location. It's a little quieter than others, yet a great place for kids, the management of this resort has been the best for years now. Close to everything, it's become our second home. With a pool and restaurant on the beach as well as in the Courtyard, It does the best job of treating you as a returning friend with activities of entertainment, food and play.

Great for families and golf fans alike. In addition to the beautiful beach and pools, Surfwatch runs all sorts of activities for the kids (and some for the adults as well) throughout the week. Just a great resort and experience. We've been going as a family for 16 years.

Surfwatch is our family's private paradise. The closer to the ocean units higher floors provide beautiful views of the marsh and the ocean.

SurfWatch is a premium vacation rental. We love the continuing improvements of the property. The staff is always courteous and willing to solve any problems. Great facilities!

Spacious property with oceanfront appeal. The best of both worlds. Property is clean and all staff very friendly.

Lovely, relaxing resort along the beautiful seashore. We enjoyed so many aspects of our trip: the fun resort activities, being out in nature and exploring the area, exquisite local cuisine, and the opportunity to share family time and meals together in our spacious villa. A totally fantastic location for a family or couples retreat.

Marriotts Surfwatch is our HHI go to booking resort. Property is in wonderful shape, units are spacious & well kept. Property staff & activities are top notch. We enjoy the stroll thru the property and down the boardwalk to the beach. We exchange every year from our Florida resort to Surfwatch.

A lovely resort with 2 outdoor pools and a large indoor pool. Many onsite activities. This building is the only building that faces the ocean. The villa amenities are great.

Surfwatch is the best beachfront property on Hilton Head Island! We love the activities including the free Brat night, the activities, the beachfront bar and restaurant. The boardwalk through the marsh is such a treat to see the native birds! The beach is not crowded like many of the resort areas. Best ever!

Great property, well maintained, in an excellent location on Hilton Head Island with great access to the Heritage Golf Tournament, restaurants and other amenities.

Perfect 4th of July week in the most beautiful resort in Hilton Head Island. Cleanliness and comfort are guaranteed by Marriott´s standards. Lots of places around to eat, ride bikes that are offered in the resort and of course, the pristine beach just a few steps from your room. The various pools in the resort are also amazing for familes.

We have visited this resort multiple times, and we're never disappointed! Great location, excellent amenities, beautiful views, and caring staff who are focused on the customer experience!
