I absolutely love this resort! It's become my go-to spot whenever I'm in Waikiki. One of the best things about it is its location – it's just a block away from the beach and only a couple of blocks from the park. This means you're within easy walking distance to all the exciting activities and attractions in Waikiki, but at the same time, you get to enjoy a peaceful and quieter environment.

The rooms at this resort are consistently impeccable. They are always clean and comfortable, which is essential for a relaxing stay. I appreciate the attention to detail they put into maintaining the rooms.

One of my favorite features of this resort is the fantastic outdoor area on the 6th floor. It's like a hidden oasis with everything you could ask for. There are barbeque grills for those who enjoy cooking their own meals, a refreshing swimming pool to cool off in, a hot tub for ultimate relaxation, a kids' play area to keep the little ones entertained, and plenty of open space for children to run around and play. It's a great place for families or anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting.

Overall, I can't recommend this resort enough. It combines a superb location, clean and comfortable rooms, and fantastic amenities, making it a top choice for a memorable stay in Waikiki. I can't wait to return!

I've been to many resorts in Waikiki and favor this one for its value: Excellent location, awesome views from many units (decent from all), great building amenities, and FREE parking. The last resort I stayed at, The Imperial, had me looking at the wall of the adjacent parking garage! I was about to buy a timeshare at that resort but being assigned that vacation killing view made me change my mind; the ordeal was a blessing in disguise because after skipping on The Imperial I went looking and bought one instead at Hawaiian Sun Holidays (Waikiki Banyan).

The location was super. The 1 BR condo with full kitchen was better than expected. Great amenities. Free parking and free wifi. Couldn't ask for much more. Not a full 5* but based on overall value, it is very very good and probably deserves the highest rating! Met or exceeded our expectations.

Just returned from another trip to our favorite valued location in Waikiki. The property isnt fancy, but sure is in a good location and is worthy of praise for the the cleanliness. Having a full kitchen helps immensely with both cost and healthier eating. We enjoy the property and the location very much.. probably cant find a better value in Waikiki!

Great location - very close to beach, shops, and parks.

Large suites with full amenity except in-unit washer/dryer.

Inclusion of the parking in an easy-to-use garage, which is very valuable.

Nice place, nice location, but wouldn't go back due to roach problem. Each morning there would be roach droppings in the cupboards. Finally we put the silverware, plates, etc in the fridge because we didn't want to eat off plates over which roaches had crawled the night before.

This hotel is only couple blocks from the beach with one free parking space. We stayed there numerous times and we never had any issues at all. We love to stay in this hotel. And you can check this hotel online.

Fabulous property, great pool deck, short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Unit has a full kitchen and a separate/divided bedroom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful view from a private lanai. Nothing fancy but certainly exceeded our needs.

Much nicer and cleaner than the hotels we have stayed at in Waikiki in the past.

This resort is a nice place to stay. The 1BR units are comfortable for a couple or family of 4. The recreation deck is huge and has a swimming pool, two jacuzzis, BBQ's, a tennis court, and basketball court.

A parking space is included for each unit, a real plus in Waikiki where parking and valet services can exceed $20 per day.

The Banyan is located directly behind the Marriott and is a great location from which to enjoy the island of Oahu.
