Looking at a Lahaina Tower 2-bedroom. Why does it say King bed and 2 sofa beds? Does the 2nd bedroom not have 2 queen beds?

Second bedroom is a "Lockoff" with a King bed and a Queen sofa bed.

Are any of the towers dedicated 2-bedrooms? Without the lockoff? And/or, ideally a king and a separate that is 2 queens? Would rather not have someone sleeping on a pullout for a week.
