This has got to be the best Marriott property that we have visited. We’ve been coming here for about 10 years. I have to shout out to the staff. Erin, the front desk manager goes above and beyond to accommodate guests and is always so friendly and approachable. It’s such a family, and adult, friendly resort. Cleanliness and room keeping are prompt and efficient. Even last year the pool chairs were constantly wiped down for sanitizing. Always can get extra towels and dish soap, etc, when needed. The front desk staff, pre reservations specialists, (Lindsay and Danielle), along with all the activity staff are great to work with. It’s usually our grandsons birthday while there, and the staff always brings him balloons and good wishes. Last year we had delivery of a crib, beach items, etc, and the people at the loading dock assured its safe delivery to our room promptly. Jimmy in security was always around to ensure that we had a good, safe stay. Tim from maintenance fixed our faucet promptly and efficiently. Going back this year and we can’t wait!

Awesome beach. walking distance to many things. great pools for adults and kids... nice bar/restaurant right off pool. SUPER CLEAN kitchen has everything you need down to the spatulas and all bowls, toaster, etc. just buy groceries...

This resort is great! Rooms are renovated and clean. The resort is well maintained with daily activities for the kids. They particularly like the slide at the pool. Thumbs up for us.

Marriott Marco Crystal Shores is vacation of what dreams are made of. Beautiful resort, activities for everyone all on Marco Island's beautiful beach. Stilts the restaurant on property is so convenient if you want to have a bite by the pool, lunch or dinner, or to have a cocktail at sunset. Off property restaurants are delicious and close, walking distance across the street. Marco offers something for everyone. If dining in is your style, the kitchens have everything you need to make a home style meal. We have enjoyed so many vacations at Crystal Shores. The staff has been helpful and the amenities are top notch. The rooms are beautifully appointed. Another plus is the parking is on site and free. Wonderful vacation memories are here for you to make at Marriott Marco Island Crystal Shores.

We spent a wonderful week there with our grandchildren! The rooms are spacious and the resort is beautiful and clean. Can't wait to go back!!

This is our favorite resort. The staff is great and friendly. Wonderful beach. Great eating places. Try the Dolphin Explorer tour at Rosa Marina. Be sure to look for the burrowing owls!!

We have been to literally hundreds of hotels and resorts worldwide. Marriott's Crystal Shores is one of our two favorites (the other is Marriott's Phuket Beach Club in Thailand). It's got the best of all worlds in terms of location, comfort, cleanliness, and staff. A no-brainer destination if you like surf, fun, and sun.

A 5 star resort surrounded by great restsurants and activities. Don't miss Stans Idle hour in Goodland every Saturday and Sunday. 3 pools 2 jacuzzis, 2 in house restaurants steps to the beach.

Located on Beautiful Beach with Great views Within walking distance to several great restaurants and the JW Marriott. Two Pools, updated exercise facility and two restaurants on site. Kid activity center. Dedicated beachfront chair rentals. Modern updated spacious well equipped villas.

Whether we've gone by ourselves or brought the kids there was something for everyone! The facilities are well-maintained and the staff really goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Marriott's Crystal Shores is one of my go-to resorts!

This is my favorite Marriott resort. It's beautiful. The resort is clean and the staff is friendly. The sunset views & beach are gorgeous. There are great restaurants nearby. And lots of activities for all ages. Love, love, love it!
