Marriott's Crystal Shores Reviews & Ratings

As Marriott owners, we have stayed at Crystal Shores twice and will be there again next year. The location is great. The traffic is no biggie and it's an easy drive to Naples to see friends. The resort is great and we love the beach. All in all, a great place to be.

This is by far, our favorite Marriott destination. Sunsets from the enormous gulf-front balcony are breathtaking and will be definitely be remembered. Property has everything you could ask for, but shopping, dinning and other activities are conveniently located and many within short walk.

Love this resort! Right on the beautiful white sand beach, several pools, restaurants on site and nearby. South Florida, so always nice weather. Staff and amenities are great.

One of the best spots to vacation in Florida. Super secluded and quiet. The calm waters make it an excellent place to kick back, relax and enjoy with the whole family.

This is our absolute favourite of all the Marriott resorts - the most southerly beach on the Gulf Coast before you reach the Everglades.

It offers all the joys of a relaxing 'desert island' style vacation, but with even more to do and see should you wish to. We particularly love dolphin-spotting - especially from the Gulf Front balconies - or just on the beach itself, which is pristine clean and beautiful. Shell-collecting and swimming are a joy here.

The pools in the resort are also terrific, as is the on site restaurant with its open outlooks to the Gulf. The staff here are particularly helpful - always willing to go the extra mile. Activities by the Breezeway are often organised - and are suitably laid back.

The greatest pleasure of Marriott's Crystal Shores? Well... just walking the few steps down the boardwalk from your room to see the sun set with a glass of white wine in your hand.

Whether you're a pool person or a beach person Crystal Shores has it all. Awesome location on Marco Island. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping if you choose to cook in your well appointed villa kitchen. Views are stunning, Gulf Front is the way to go. Staff/service/cleanliness all on point. Sleep comfort great -its a Marriott bed. Our favorite resort of the many Marriott properties we've visited.

Beautiful resort with sweeping ocean front view. Our favorite interior layout and decor of all the MVC’s we have visited. Go swimming in the gulf or any of 3 heated pools, gather shells on the beach, walk to many shops and restaurants.

My family and I had a 2 bedroom ocean view unit for 12/30/21 through 1/4/22. The property was spotless and well run. Beach was very nice and ocean temps were warm enough to swim. Pools were also beautiful and heated. Overall it was a wonderful vacation and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful resort with all the amenities. Enjoyed the sun and surf in this beautiful 2 BR, 2 Bath Villa with LR, DR, Patio and Gulf view, Full kitchen, Washer/Dryer and more.

Great location! Our Gulf Front view gave us a chance to see spectacular sunsets and all the Gulf activity without anything blocking our view. Villa was very spacious, as was the balcony. We enjoyed the multitude of activities offered at the resort as well as the various eateries onsite. There were several nice restaurants within walking distance from the resort as well. Had a wonderful vacation.

This stunning property is directly on the long white sand beach and this two bedroom unit is oceanfront, with amazing unspoilt sea views from the lounge and bedrooms and the balcony is the best place to sit and watch the gorgeous sunsets! The resort has two heated pools, a whirl pool and a children's pool with waterslide. There are onsite places to eat and drink, like Stilts Bar & Grill, or a 5 minute walk from the resort are a great choice of restaurants and also a small cinema. The apartment is spacious, modern and kept to a very high standard. Everything you need with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and a dining area, washer and dryer, TV's in lounge and bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with sun loungers and table for dining outside. Marco Island is a great place to relax and to explore the natural beauty of this area.

Property directly on the beach with Magnificent views! Love this place! 3 pools including 1 designed for kids with awesome slide. ( yes adults can use it too) Resort has a great restaurant on site with a fantastic sunset view! There’s also several wonderful restaurants across the street. We enjoyed the spectacular Fourth of July fireworks here one year from the beach. The condos are spacious with fully equipped kitchens. Can’t wait to go back!

Gulf Front Penthouse is amazing. Exceptional balcony to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Pools were great especially the Grotto pool. Resort and rooms were very clean. Rented a cabana for a day which was very relaxing.
