opened 10-12 years ago. They are decorated & furnished exactly the same.

shower. The guest/lock-off/2nd bedroom has its own kitchenette with
granite counter, stainless sink, stocked upper & lower cabinets,
microwave, under-counter fridge, small appliances. MMOC condos are
refurbished regularly with new furniture, flooring, appliances, window
coverings, lighting fixtures, fresh color schemes, etc.

The Lahaina and the Napili Villa resort have the most updated units. It
is advised to book the one-bedroom units and above because those units
have a full kitchen, washer, and dryer.
