Magnificent views from very quiet fourth floor. Resort concierge service has always been excellent. Gondola service into town is most convenient. Room condition has always been immaculate.

Great location and facilities. It is very hard to find something in Breck with a great pool and hot tub area for the kids.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a great location to stay whether it be for a ski vacation or just to get away in the mountains for a day or two. Even if you come to Breck to spend a day skiing, being able to come inside the lodge to warm up with a hot drink, or soak in the salt water grotto having a timeshare ownership like this makes your time on the slopes so much more enjoyable. Don’t forget, you can also schedule parking during season if available. This makes getting to the slopes so much easier. Dine in the on site restaurant Sevens for a delicious meal, get a work out in at the gym, take a swim in the indoor or outdoor pools. And for the little ones, hit the family fun room. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers so much for your enjoyment of the beautiful mountains of Breckenridge.

AIR CONDITIONING FOR SUMMER MONTHS! Whether I'm here for summer, hiking peaks trail behind the lodge, or sauntering down Cucumber gulch to catch a glimpse of Moose, or skiing Peak 7 in winter, I know I will feel like I'm on top of the world! There isn't another resort that offers this much value for the $! You won't believe the skiing right outside your door! Leave your skis outside the pool and head straight into your room for lunch! THE BEST OF BRECK!!!!!!!!

This place is fantastic...from the free underground parking to the ski-in out location! Can't even remember how many outdoor hot tubs! The Peak 7 lifts/gondola right out the door...nice!

This is a stunning mountain lodge on the edge of a charming town. Free shuttles run from the lodge to town and back. Transportation is easy and the outdoor pool/tubs are amazing.

The staff is amazing and so helpful. We were there for Thanksgiving one year and they were able to let us borrow all sorts of kitchen appliances so that we could cook a feast, just like home, but better because it was snowing!!!!

Having lockers downstairs for gear was also a huge plus to keep the condo organized. Great restaurants and the resort shuttle into town makes this the perfect location.

This is a wonderful family summer vacation destination. The town of Breckenridge has many fun summer activities, mountain rides, shops. The resort has child care, beautiful views, hiking, hot tubs, movie theaters. Fully equipped kitchens. You will love it. You can't go wrong!!

Great resort! Wonderful location with access to many activities. Rooms are comfortable, with a true lodge-like feel. The nearby Gondola offers easy access to Peak 8 and downtown Breckendridge.

TRUE ski in/out. Walk out the door to the lift, rental shop, ticket office and food/bev! Underground parking and heated sidewalks makes the entire experience magical and easy!!

The Grand Lodge is beautiful, with impressive wall art, woodwork and reliefs in the lobby, and well-maintained common areas. The Lodge is superbly placed at the base of the lift to Peak 7, and large hot tubs and heated pools are available indoors and out. You can watch skiers end their runs while you enjoy the sun (or falling snow, if you prefer) from the comfort of the outdoor hot tubs.

The grotto, an adults-only underground steam room, hot tub, and sauna area is lovely. The residence rooms are upscale with stainless appliances and slab granite countertops and leather couches.

If possible, though, request a unit on the frontside of the building to avoid the noise from the pool area and snow cats that groom the ski runs at night. It is sometimes necessary to sleep with a window open to cool the inside temperature, or to enjoy the crisp mountain air.

We have owned at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 for many years and have been impressed always by the resort staff, the cleanliness, the amenities. There are several hot tubs and the pools are very nice. The resort is nestled in the evergreens on Peak 7 with the gondola nearby to take you down the mountain to the town of Breckenridge. Also, the Super Chair for skiing is feet from the resort.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Breckenridge is a 5 star resort. I have been using the Grand Lodge for over 15 years for my ski trips to Colorado. Extremely convenient and only a few steps to the lift is wonderful. All of the amenities from ski in/ski out, ski rental steps away, multiple hot tubs and pool, heated underground parking, free shuttle service into town, Sevens restaurant, movie theatre are amazing. The rooms are very clean and the staff does everything possible to meet your needs. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is the perfect location for a ski trip with the family/friends.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Breckenridge is a 5 star resort. I have been using the Grand Lodge for over 10 years for my ski trips to Colorado. The convenience of only a few steps to the lift is outstanding. All of the amenities from the heated underground parking, free shuttle service, hot tubs and pool, Sevens restaurant, movie theatre are outstanding. The units are super clean and well kept. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is the perfect location for a ski trip with the family or group of friends.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a perfect resort with one of the best swimming pools in Breckenridge, which was a hit with the kids (and adults). The rooms are spacious. We have stayed other places in Breckenridge, but Grand Lodge is one of the best as in the Summer they have air-conditioning. Days can get hot so having this rare amenity at the resort was a 5 star all the way.

Amazing location. Super friendly and responsive staff. Close to all of the mountain activities. Tucked away from the busy-ness of downtown, but still just minutes away.
