The perfect resort location where you walk straight out the doors to Peak 7 Independence Lift. The amenities are fantastic for families or couples who, when not on the slopes, want to swim, watch a movie in one of the theaters, or people watch from the restaurant or hot tub.

Gorgeous mountain views. Great family fun areas and bars overlooking the mountain. The pools and hot tubs are endless fun for families. Concierge services are wonderful!

We have always enjoyed our stays. The indoor/outdoor pools are always a great time for the kids. For the adults, the adult only grotto, is the perfect retreat. Take the lift down to walk to the grocery store for a break from the traffic.

Always have had great stays at The Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Staff and service is exceptional. Plenty of activities to keep you busy and a short walk to the lift.

Perfect location for skiers! Love this resort. Always fabulous! Highly recommend it. Even if you don't ski, the amenities and the jaw dropping views are just heavenly.

We love this resort! The indoor/outdoor pool with waterslide and multiple ski slope side hot tubs are such a treat! Plus, we love that we can reserve the movie theatre for free and have our very own theatre for movie nights! The grotto is a fabulous place for the adults to getaway while the kids enjoy the game room!

Fantastic ski on ski off property at the base of Peak 7. Amenities also include, use of private movie theaters, outdoor grills, game room, spa, fitness center, adult indoor grotto, indoor and outdoor hot tubs/pools. Two bedroom unit includes two bathrooms, fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer/three TV's, and more.

Why wait for the gondola to take you up the mountain? Stay at the base of Peak 7 and enjoy the mountain as you walk out your door. There is easy access to Peak 8 summer activities including chair lift up to trails, Alpine Slide, miniature golf, and kid activities. Onsite parking and free shuttle to town---a wonderful spot to enjoy July 4th celebrations.

Such an awesome place! So beautiful with great bar/restaurants, spa, pools, activities! Not a skier but love to visit off season just to enjoy the comforts and the views!

Love this resort! Excellent amenities, Grotto hot tub for adults only is specially relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful! Something for kids to do and enjoy - swimming pools an arcade.

A grand place to stay at the base of Peak 7 -- in summer just walk right out to hiking trails or in winter right to the chairlift !!! Great owner amenities too.

This resort is one of the nicest in Breckenridge- along with the other BGV resorts in the area-and the location is absolutely unbeatable-walking out the back door to the on-mountain lifts is the only way to enjoy the slopes!
