Amazing resort with world-class staff and amenities, Dedicated Ritz-Carlton shuttle takes you from the hotel for a 3-min ride to the Vail base, and the hotel has a delightful boot-changing staging room that stores your board/skis and boots each day. Resort rooms are large and tastefully appointed, and the outdoor jacuzzi is perfect for apres-ski w/ family and/or friends.

We had a wonderful stay in September when the Aspens were in full fall splendor. The staff at the Ritz was wonderful and the rooms were impeccable.

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton over the weekend, from Valet thru check out, we had a wonderful stay, and were very impressed with the hotel and all the staff. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. Scott Muff, Concierge, checked us in, we were early so left our bags and walked to the Village. When we later got to our room, on the table was a bottle of wine and a card. We had mentioned our trip to Italy 2 weeks before, Scott remembered and created this amazing card for us! Thank you, Scott! You're very thoughful and a wonderful artist! They have fresh, delicious chocolate chip cookies every day at 4pm, and a whiskey toast to the 10th Mountain Division at 5pm, so we stayed for both, talking with Chef Carlos Soto, who we asked to recommended restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We took his advice and had great meals at both Montauk and Vintage. We left our phone charger in the car, so stopped by the front desk and they had one of the Valets bring it to our room. Thank you! They also offer a convenient shuttle, which we took advantage of once and really appreciated! When we got home and unpacked, found we left a cashmere sweater (that we'd just gotten in Italy) in the closet, and Eric helped locate it and is sending it to us. Thank you, Eric! Wonderful property and staff! We look forward to staying here again!

My family and I have stayed at this resort on several occasions. The resort's accommodations are top notch, The views are breathtaking and the town of Vail, with all it's opulence, is within walking distance.

The Ritz-Carlton in Vail Colorado is everything you expect from Ritz-Carlton. The unit has a luxurious decor, comfortable beds, a complete kitchen, gas fireplace, washer and dryer. ski-in/ski-out access, a beautiful mountain view, and all of the hotel's amenities. The hotel's amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, shuttle service. The resort privides a family-friendly environment and a wonderful staff to help make your stay memorable.

The Ritz really makes you feel special every day you are there. Every time, we've made a request to any Ritz employee and the task was not in their purview, each employee took responsibility for fulfilling our request. NEVER have we heard, "You need to contact this other office/person." Each employee contacted the right office/person that could fulfill the request. The bar, restaurant, events, live-music, ... are the most delicious icing on the most delicious cake.

Wonderful property with great location and amenities. Perfect for family holiday or couples traveling with friends.

The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail is an amazing, family-friendly, luxury hotel. With a 3-bedroom suite, you have a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, a patio/balcony, and a lovely fireplace.

The hotel features a concierge, heated pool, two hot tubs, and a lounge. Convenient transportation to Eagle Airport is available.

While staying at Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail, multiple restaurants of European, Asian, South American, and American specialties are a short walk away along one of the beautiful nature trails. Vail Village also operates a beautiful, clean, and safe free circulating shuttle, and if that's not your cup of tea the Ritz also operates their own private, free shuttle.

The property has an on-site fitness center with a large, spacious gym, kid's lounge, and also abuts the Vail Hyath, with a wonderful spa.

If you are interested in exploring Vail, check out some of the nearby attractions, such as Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, library, skating rink, and of course, ski slopes!

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible our stay was—every detail was thoughtfully executed, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional.

The Accommodations: Our residence was nothing short of spectacular. Spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace—perfect for winding down after a day on the slopes. The views of the surrounding mountains from our balcony were simply breathtaking. It felt like a serene, private retreat.

They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.

You’re close to everything, but the resort still maintains a peaceful, tucked-away feel that makes it incredibly relaxing.

This is our favorite place to stay in Vail! The proximity to the mountain, amazing staff and beautiful amenities are the best of the best. We have stayed here many times and are always sad to leave. Spoil yourself!
