I've been a member for almost 20 years. This is a resort that is always pretty busy (especially during peak vacation periods), but we have always been able to get a suitable reservation period annually. It's location is prime. If you want a casual beach town atmosphere in a beautiful, first-class resort, then FS Aviara is highly recommended. Nearby beach towns both north and south of Carlsbad also add to the assortment of food, entertainment, activities, and sights you have to choose from.

Absolutely stunning facility. Huge accommodations. Right nest to Legoland and all the San Diego attractions!! Private swimming pool! Nice!!! Will return for sure.

We stayed over Christmas with our kids and had a fantastic visit. This resort has so much to offer. The rooms are very well kept up and cleaned every day. Every employee whether cleaning or restaurant were all so friendly. The resort is perfectly located near grocery stores and highways. We visited many of the nearby towns including San Diego. The food was very good for breakfast. We also went to the nearby Park Hyatt (walking distance) for amazing sushi. We will definitely be back probably without our kids next time since we enjoyed it so much.

Quite Luxury Resort with high class staff.. highly recommended if you want to stay at world class resort with reasonable prices and excellent service from their staff.. they will make sure you have unforgettable memory with your family.

The resort is also located at the best location in the Southern California which minutes to the beaches and Carlsbad Outlets within minutes drive. Short drive to Sea World or San Diego Zoo along with many attractions San Diego has to offer...

Can’t go wrong with the Four Seasons. Close to everything and all the service and amenities you could ask for. 45 mins to the wine country.
