This is a wonderful place Easy to navigate and the Coastal Train is a very short drive. Access to Legolandis at your back door plus the seafood restaurants and beach activities.

I love having a timeshare at Grand Pacific Palisades Resort in Carlsbad. Everyone who comes to stay enjoys its central location, where you can go South to Sea World or the San Diego Zoo. Explore Old Town and shop for souvenirs at Seaport Village just a short walk to tour of the USS Midway. Or you can head North it's just 45 minutes to Disneyland. And if you just want to stay in Carlsbad there's Legoland right across the street, and great shopping just down the hill at the Carlsbad Outlet Center. And of course you have an ocean view and in minutes you can be splashing in the waves or walking the Carlsbad Seawall. It's just a great place to be. Enjoy your visit.

This is the perfect resort for a vacation anytime of year. It is in beautiful Carlsbad, CA overlooking the flower fields. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, golf and Legoland. The facility is spacious and very well maintained.

It’s next to Legoland, close to beach and great restaurants and outlet mall. Not far from train to San Diego. About 45 mins from Wild Animal Park.

This is a gorgeous resort overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Closest to LEGO Land Resort, premium outlet mall, great restaurants and Costco. Carlsbad is a beautiful beach town with wonderful shopping and restaurants. The beach is just a short drive away.

This resort is a true gem with two pools, a splash pad, and on-site delicious dining. Full kitchen, fun activities and everything you could want. We liked it so much after years of trading in or renting we bought a week!

Beautiful ocean view and sunsets from your unit. Lobby is outrageous and classy with a bar area and relaxing areas. Beautifully furnished units.

Two pool areas: Lap pool with views of the ocean, covered areas for your personal use. Fire pits and hot tubs around the resort. Other separate pool area is a fun fantasy area with pool and kid related equipment. Children activities are available.

Walk to LegoLand and a short drive to Carlsbad downtown with wonderful selection of restaurants.

The San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, and Sea World are in decent driving distance.

Lovely resort with beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and charming gardens. Lots of nearby activities: Legoland is walking distance, the Museum of Making Music, great beaches and shopping are close too. Costco is just down the street. Everything is clean and well kept. The staff are all very attentive and helpful. Kids will love the family pool and play equipment. The adult pool is wonderful and has a great view. Plus there are three jacuzzis. Great vacation destination!

Great resort!! Located next to Legoland California, surrounded by flower fields. Close to beach and shopping.

My whole family enjoys every stay at the Grand Pacific Palisades! Very comfortable layout in the unit. Wonderful amenities at the resort not matter what age my children were. Always great care from the staff and very clean. The location is very close to everything, outlet shopping, amusement parks, beaches and great restaurants.

We’ve always enjoyed the Palisades for its great adult and family pools, well maintained lush landscaping, ocean breezes and terrific sunsets. The staff is very professional, both office staff and housekeeping. A great restaurant is right next door and a short drive away are other eateries and shopping. It’s a great place to stay!

I have been an owner for 20 years. I love coming & staying at Grand Pacific Palisades Resort. There are so many activities at the resort and in the local area. I love swimming in the adult Olympic pool, walking the 1/2 mile ocean view walkway, and bicycling along the coast. Carlsbad town is close by with great shopping, restaurants and ocean views.

The convenience of Costco across the street and the ability to walk to Carlsbad Premier Shopping Outlets (good discounts) and restaurants is great.

My favorite activity is relaxing on the spacious balcony with a glass of wine and watch the fabulous sunsets after a busy day. ENJOY!!

Lovely resort and well kept. I always enjoy an early morning walk around the resort.

Favorite resort to go to taking the kids to Legoland!

This is one of our favorite resorts. We spend several weeks a year vacationing here. From the moment you walk into the huge lobby with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool, you'll know you are on vacation.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well stocked. If you need any additional amenities, they are just a text away from being delivered.

Things we like about this resort:

Located just a block away from Costco to stock your kitchen with great food and drinks. (you can also fill up with Costco's cheaper gas)

5 minute drive to Carlsbad expansive beach with free street parking. The resort also provides a free shuttle to the beach and downtown Carlsbad.

A great outlet mall is within walking distance to the resort. The mall has several restaurants.

The resort overlooks the beautiful Carlsbad flower fields.

The sunsets are spectacular from the resort and the adult pool.

There is a separate large pool for families and children which includes a splashpad. There is a basketball court, arcade room, ping pong tables and several things to keep the kids busy.

There is a nice fitness center.

The beautiful lobby has big screen tvs and a bar.

There are intimate firepits with comfortable furniture to enjoy the evenings.

You and your family will love this resort.

I love waking up with the amazing view of the Flower fields and the Ocean View beyond. Lots of shopping at the outlets and a variety of dining just down the hill. You can walk there if you chose. The beach is a 5-8 minute drive. Costco and grocery store for all your needs 3-8 minutes away.

BBQ, Pool, Jacuzzi, restaurants, kids splash pad, kids play ground, Gym, and Activity/Game center on the property.

LEGOLAND across the street! You can actually walk there!

We have been coming here every year! It never gets old!

This is our home resort and we still look forward to our stay every summer. There's plenty of family fun to be had. Two pools, one for families and the other for adults only. Family pool has attached water activities for the kids. Legoland is across the street and a short walk away. Costco is 1/2 mile away so you can quickly stock up for the week. The resort sits on a bluff over looking the Pacific. Plenty of beaches less than 5 mins from the resort. Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Wild Animal Park are only 30 mins away. Don't forget to check out Karl Strauss Brewery Restaurant next to the resort for great food and excellent beer. I could go on and on.
