Cannot beat the location or the staff. Stayed hear five times and it gets better each stay.

We visited Coronado Beach Resort twice in 2004. Each time the assistance of the warm and friendly staff made our visit that much more enjoyable. Staff-sponsored daily activities are fun and added to our visit. The resort is located in the heart of historic Coronado Island – an exclusive – yet relaxing community with a character all its own. We enjoyed walks along the beach, dining at the nearby restaurants and just relaxing in our room or on our patio after a long day of recreation. We also enjoyed the convenient trolley and ferry rides to such attractions as Downtown San Diego, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town and the Seapointe Village Shops and Restaurants. The setting, the ocean and the activities all made for some of the most enjoyable vacation experiences we have shared. We are looking forward to visiting Coronado Beach Resort again soon.

This is one of the most expensive/exclusive places to stay in the US. We love this timeshare. They have 2 different styles of 1 bd's. one is a real 1bd with a wall, the other has a curtain, more like a studio. There is no pool, but witht he ocean out your back door, you don't need one. There is so much to do with a few miles, you'll never need a car. It's not a brand new property, but the Hotel Del Coronado across the street is $300/night. Someone else mentioned the street noise, we only noticed it a couple times during rush hour.

Location, location, location. Directly across from the fabulous Del Coronado Hotel & a gorgeous beach. Roof-top jacuzzi and sitting area with high-quality gas grill available for use. Our room was a reasonably spacious 1- bdrm with jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace, 2 TVs, and all the appliances you need. We had a large balcony w/access from both livingroom & bdrm. Shortcomings; no on-site pool, minimal planned resort activities and the sleep sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. Staff was very attentive, friendly & helpful. Lovely resort area, very pristine, great weather, restaurants & shops. Ten minute scenic drive across the bridge to San Diego. Would stay there again in a heart-beat.

The best location for the best value. Walk to beach and all of the shops and restaurants part of Hotel Del and Coronado Island :)

Coronado Beach Resort is hands down the BEST resort in the country, probably the world. No exaggeration. You are practically staying in the Hotel Del for a fraction of the price since it is only about 40 steps away. The resort has a rooftop sunset ocean view jacuzzi and bbq area and you can use the Loew's resort pool and spa and facilities with a discount on their menu. No way you can beat this resort. the staff are so friendly and the decor is tropical and they have an incredible parrot on-site!

Great small resort in a great little town 15 minutes from San Diego. Units are small but clean, comfortable and updated. Location is key as Coronado is very walkable and across the street from the famous Hotel Del Coronado and a gorgeous long beach. Bikes and beach equipment available to check out. Sun deck with hot tub and barbecues. Owners have use of Lowes pool and tennis courts.

Have owned here since 2004 and loved every year of vacation. The staff is superior and so customer focused. The resort takes exceptional task in keeping it first class.

I have been coming here every year for 20 years and I absolutely love it. Coronado is such a nice community, full of this wonderful restaurants, entertainment, beautiful beaches and great shopping. Coronado Beach Resort is on the main street in the middle of everything. It is directly across the street from the grand Del Coronado hotel which has every amenity you can imagine available to anyone. Our resort is beautiful, private, and fun. It offer grills, hot tub, afternoon parties and neighborly guests. It's like my second home.

I went to the Coronado Beach Resort with my parents when I was a kid and now I get to take my kids! It is across the street from the Hotel Del Coronado and just a short walk to the beach. The staff is always friendly, we all love "Cody", the parrot, and looking at the beautiful salt water aquarium in the lobby each time we walk through. The location of the resort is wonderful and 1 bedroom units are perfect for a family of 4!

Awesome time of the year to be in Coronado. Great location across from the Hotel Del, excellent restaurants and access to the Lowes Coronado.

This is a gem of a resort located in one of the best beach locales in California. It is steps from over a dozen excellent restaurants, a live arts theatre, shopping, watersports, and more. Stay across the street from the Hotel Del at a fraction of the cost!

This is the only timeshare on Coronado.It is less than one block from the beach. The resort has all kinds of beach equipment-no charge. On the street of many restaurants and shops Activities at the resort Unit kept up well Up to date internet Coronado is a delightful area to enjoy

Always great responses from my renter of this unit...Never had this week go un-rented, each year.. DEEDED week, units can be chosen each year(90 days out from week)

We love staying at Coronado Beach Resort! The use of the bikes and beach equipment is really easy to check out! The BBQ and rooftop jacuzzi is really nice at the end of the day. We love going to the Hotel Del to listen to music on the beach and eating at the taco bar too.

We have truly enjoyed every stay here. So close to the beach and all local amenities.

We do love CBR. Staff is great. Location is great however beaches were closed due to sewage run off when we were there and the whole beach storage closet smells of sewage. (If you are going for beach vacation I would check the water reports) The carpets need to be cleaned more often my kids socks were so black all week. Overall this is a great resort and not far from Zoo or Downtown if the beaches are closed and you need other things to do.

Absolutely a fantastic time... To us It's like stepping back in time to a quieter and more peaceful atmosphere. Walk or bike to anywhere on the island. When we are there we park the car and use the bikes (no charge ) to go around the island. The beaches are the best!! (beach equipment included at no cost). Lot of activities for the kids...Fantastic restaurants!! Lots to do, or do nothing at all. If you want to get out of the rat race for a week, give Coronado Beach Resort a try.
