Maintenance fees 2023: $849.02
Check in day: Friday
Per the owner: Pono Kai is a small resort with a great location. Walking distance to Kapa’a shops, dining, and groceries. The bike/walk trail runs through it, making it easy to get from beach to beach. The amenities and grounds are very well-kept. The rooms are simple and clean, and the staff are wonderful.
The resort is well taken care of with recent upgrades to the registration area, carpeting, and sports and recreation areas this year. Even the small beach the resort has is kept in pristine condition. The concierge staff, all locales, are a wealth of information and go out of their way to help you get to the phenomenal sites and experiences on the island. After a long day of kayaking, hiking, and sightseeing, you can relax stress-free at Pono Kai.
This is a floating week, you are not locked into a specific week, making it super easy to enjoy the island through all the seasons. I’ve used it to trade on RCI, easy and quick.
*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*
