    Per the owner:

    Nice front unit on Beach Blvd. End unit on 3rd floor with elevator facing Gulf with white sand beach. Side door has ramp so carts can be rolled in with suitcases or groceries. This unit has a living room, huge dining room and extra large master bedroom. It has many closets, one which has a nice rollaway bed. It has a king bed and is large enough for another! The queen bedroom has windows facing East toward the Beau Rivage which is about 3 blocks away. Most of the casinos are down there by the new ballpark.

    Interstate 10 crosses the state and I-110 is about 2-3 miles directly into Beach Blvd. Steve Wynn of Vegas built the Beau and planned this highway to end at the gulf next to his Beau. The Hard Rock, Golden Nugget, Harrahs are all close to the Beau. Plus Jimmy Buffet's new Margaritaville with 25 story hotel and theme park with giant ferris wheel. It is also only about an hour from New Orleans French Quarter. Fresh seafood places about 3 blocks. Tons of restaurants.It has a full kitchen with laundry included. Its a quiet unit with good internet.
